Elegant and classic with a charming stone-front facade, Retreat at Jordanelle 836 is a luxurious 4-bedroom townhome with a simply superb Park City location. Spread out over 2,700 square feet of beautifully designed living space, your whole group will love the easy privacy of the 4 serene bedrooms combined with the lovely, inviting hang-out areas.

Our tour begins on the ground level, where there’s a SECONDARY LIVING AREA/DEN complete with a comfy leather sectional sofa, a game table, and a huge 70” HDTV. Next to this fun space, there’s a GUEST BEDROOM with a king-size bed, an HDTV, and a FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo. Outside, the PATIO is perfect for lounging in the warmer months, and the HOT TUB is absolutely ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Climb the stairway to the main level, where the PRIMARY LIVING AREA is bright and open, and features two leather sofas, a large HDTV, armchairs, and a stone fireplace. A DINING TABLE with seating for eight sits next to the huge central KITCHEN island, which has seating for four more. Custom dark wood cabinetry and polished quartz countertops surround the stainless steel appliances that include a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Through the glass sliding door, there’s also a small PATIO with a gas barbecue grill.

On the top floor, the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is a welcoming sanctuary— complete with a sumptuous king-size bed set into a stylish wood frame, and a large HDTV. The ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM includes a step-in shower with dual shower heads and a double marble vanity.

Also on this top floor, there’s a GUEST BEDROOM with a queen-size bed and a BUNK ROOM with a full-over-full-size bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom has its own HDTV, and they share a FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo. A LAUNDRY NOOK with a full-size washer and dryer is accessible from the hallway.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Just close enough to all the shops and restaurants to be convenient, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Note: Amenities listed may be private to the home, part of the neighborhood or available in the Park City area. Please ask us if clarification is necessary prior to booking. The County and HOA have strict rental unit occupant noise regulations. Noise at rental units is not allowed beyond normal conversation levels typical for a residence or residential community between 10pm and 8am.
