Park City Vacation Rental Homes
Moose Management manages vacation rental homes across 25 areas of Park City, Utah and the Wasatch Back — from Historic Old Town and Deer Valley to Canyons Village, Hideout, Jordanelle, and Heber Valley. Start with the area, the amenity, or the bedroom count, whichever matters most to your trip.
Start With Where — or With What
Two ways into the whole portfolio. Pick the neighborhood first if location drives your trip, or lead with the amenity if the hot tub, the dog, or the walk to the lifts is the deciding factor.
Browse by Area
Twenty-five areas across Park City and the Wasatch Back, each with the local history, the attractions worth the drive, and the homes we manage right there.

Browse by Amenity
Private hot tubs, pet-friendly homes, single-level floor plans, gym access, pools, and homes you can walk to Main Street from. Filter to what your group actually needs.

Bedroom count is the fastest way to narrow the list. Every listing shows both the bedroom count and total sleeps, so you can size the home to the group before you check dates.
Studios & 1 Bedroom
Right-sized for couples and solo trips, most sleeping up to four. Our Prospector Square and Old Town studios put you closest to Main Street for the least money.

2 Bedrooms
The small-group workhorse, typically sleeping seven. Two couples, a family of four with room to spread out, or a ski weekend that does not need a whole house.

3 Bedrooms
Our deepest category, most sleeping eight to ten. Enough beds for two families without the price jump of a four-bedroom, and plenty of them come with a private hot tub.

4 Bedrooms
Reunion territory. Four-bedroom homes typically sleep twelve, often with a bunk room, a garage for the gear, and enough kitchen to actually cook for everyone.

5 Bedrooms & Larger
The big ones, sleeping fourteen and up. Built for multi-family trips, wedding parties, and corporate retreats that want everybody under one roof instead of scattered.

Bringing the dog, staying the season, or booking far enough ahead to catch a deal — these three cover the questions that come up right after you pick the home.
Dog-Friendly Homes
Bring the dog. Every designated pet-friendly home arrives with a full pet setup, and Run-A-Muk's off-leash acres are a short drive from most of them.

What areas of Park City does Moose Management have vacation rentals in?
We manage homes across 25 areas of Park City and the Wasatch Back, including Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort and East Village, Historic Old Town, Kimball Junction, Prospector Square, Silver Creek Village, Hideout, Jordanelle, Heber City, Midway, and Kamas. Our area guide walks through the history, the attractions, and the homes we manage in each one.
How many bedrooms do I need for my group?
Use total sleeps, not just bedroom count. Across our portfolio a one-bedroom typically sleeps four, a two-bedroom sleeps seven, a three-bedroom sleeps eight to ten, a four-bedroom sleeps around twelve, and five-bedroom homes start at fourteen. Old Town homes tend to sleep more per bedroom than the newer Basin builds.
Do you have pet-friendly vacation rentals in Park City?
Yes. We keep a dedicated dog-friendly collection, and every home in it arrives with a complimentary pet setup so you can travel lighter. Park City is an unusually easy town for dogs — Run-A-Muk near Kimball Junction is a fenced off-leash park, and most of the Basin trail system allows leashed dogs year-round.
How do I get the best rate on a Park City vacation rental?
Book direct with us. Last-minute reservations inside thirty days of arrival save 20–40% throughout the year, featured-property codes take $50 to $250 off depending on size, and stays of thirty nights or longer between May and November get a custom monthly rate. Our promotions page carries whatever is running right now.
How close are your homes to the ski resorts?
It depends on the area you pick. Canyons Village and Deer Valley East Village homes sit at the base; Historic Old Town puts you within walking distance of the Town Lift; Kimball Junction, Silver Creek Village, and Bear Hollow are a ten to fifteen minute drive to Park City Mountain. The area guide lists the drive time for each one.
When should I book a Park City rental for ski season?
For Christmas week, Presidents Day weekend, and Martin Luther King weekend, book six to nine months out — those dates fill first and rarely come back. January and early December are the easiest weeks to find a large home on short notice, and that is also where the last-minute discount does the most work.
