More Than Management: Local Impact

Our partnership goes beyond property performance. Through your support, we continue to give back to the communities we love. Our award-winning children's book, developed to celebrate Park City, is donated to local schools and gifted to every guest who stays with us.

From our 2025 Best of State win for Property Management to our annual mascot visits with Patrick C. Moose, we are proud to represent your home with a heart for the community.

Owner Intelligence & Strategy

Expert answers to the most common questions about maximizing your property's potential.

What can I do to improve my listing's performance?
High-performing listings focus on The Three Pillars: Professional photography, curated guest amenities, and "The Moose Standard" of cleanliness. To truly dominate the local market, we recommend amenities that guests actively filter for: most importantly, a well-maintained private hot tub, as well as pool tables, modern gaming systems, and kitchen essentials like a crockpot for après-ski meals. Furthermore, opening your home to pet-friendly stays can significantly increase your occupancy rates year-round.
How does Moose Management's Dynamic Pricing work?
While we utilize world-class software to analyze market data, we do not believe in "autopilot" pricing. Our team meets with pricing experts weekly to review market trends, local event schedules, and snow reports to manually adjust the tool for maximum yield. This high-touch approach ensures your home is positioned perfectly—capturing top-dollar rates during peak demand and maintaining high occupancy during the shoulder seasons.
How often can I use my own property?
It’s your home! You have unlimited owner usage with no "blackout" dates. To ensure you have priority for family gatherings and holidays, we allow owners to book their own stay up to 5 years in advance. Meanwhile, we only open the calendar to guest bookings 365 days out. This gives you a massive window to secure your preferred dates before they are ever made available to the public.
How do you handle local taxes and nightly rental permits?
Regulatory compliance is one of our biggest value-adds. We handle the collection and remittance of state and local lodging taxes and ensure your property remains compliant with the specific short-term rental ordinances in Park City, Summit County, and Wasatch County. We stay ahead of the law so you don't have to.
