Identity Verification and Rental Agreement

A rental agreement and identity verification are required and are easily completed electronically.

Booking Deposit

A deposit equal to 10% of the total reservation is required to reserve the Property at the time of booking.

Advance Payment

An additional 40% of the booking total is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% advance payment is due at the time of booking.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the booking total is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Full Payment

100% of the booking total is due if the reservation is made within 14 days of arrival.

Payment Options – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Electronic Checks.

Cleaning/Linen Fee

A one-time fee is set by housekeeping/Laundry based on property size.

Required Damage Insurance

No Security Deposits! This alleviates tying up a large amount of cash upfront and waiting for a refund at the end of your stay.
Damage Insurance is added to your stay for a small premium that comes with a large “Safely” net. There is NO DEDUCTIBLE and we file claims on your behalf. The coverage amount is set based on the property for stays of 29 nights or less. A monthly premium will be added for stays of 30 nights or longer. Contact us for more information.

Cancellations or Changes

Must be made before 30 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy

For reservations made more than 30 days before check-in 10% is due and nonrefundable to hold the property.
30 -15 days before check-in, the advance deposit is due and is nonrefundable.
14 days before check-in the full payment is due and nonrefundable.

Reservation Changes

The above refund policy applies to any changes made to an existing reservation.
In an attempt to mitigate monetary losses to our renters due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be permitted to change a reserved rental period for another rental period with no penalty. Some restrictions apply. Requests are individually based and no guarantees are made.

Check-in and Check-Out Times

Check-in is 4:00 pm MT (or after). Check-out is (by) 10:00 am MT.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested 24-48 hours prior to the check-in or out date. Additional fees may apply.
