The Carriage House Condos are romantic couple getaways Park City located in the Prospector Square area of Downtown Park City. Just steps away from restaurants, shopping, local businesses and Sundance Film Festival venues, the condos are conveniently situated less than 5-minutes from Park City’s Historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort.
The nearby Park City Trail, called the Rail Trail for its history in transporting coal and ore in the mining days of the 1860’s, is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and more! With the tracks removed, this 28-mile, mostly unpaved road is a great place to see wildlife as well.
Renting a car? A parking pass will be provided for the first come, first served parking area. Not renting a car? The Free Shuttle pick-up is right out front and easy to use! Take a look at the “MyStop” app for routes and real-time tracking for shuttle bus arrival times.
This lovely one-bedroom condo is situated on the 3rd floor. It has been completely remodeled with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, a smart TV and a wall-mounted fireplace for extra warmth. There is a deck just off the living room with seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The bedroom hosts a comfortable Queen size bed and a desk for the times when a little work or homework is called for. The home has fast, reliable WiFi.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.
The complex offers an outdoor, heated pool (summer), an indoor hot tub (year-round), and laundry facilities. This is a very affordable option for a great condo in a Perfect Location!

Great place to stay in Park City!
by Taylor D.Condo was in a great location and moose management was very responsive with any issues. Hot-tub was very accessible, and we enjoyed the common area in the building. Overall great value and location, very easy access to park city and deer valley.

Perfect for a weekend vacation
by Demi R.Carriage house condo was perfect for our weekend vacation in Park City! Its not too far from main street and communication with the host was easy. Parking can get busy in the main lot by the building so just know you can park in the lot across the street marked with similar signs. Also just a heads up that on the other side of the bedroom is one of the stairwells and with many people in their ski boots walking on the metal stairs, you can hear it from the bedroom when people walk down. Didnt bother us really, but just something worth knowing for some people.
Thank you for staying with us! Common buildings do have inherent sound transfer from time to time. Thankfully, it is not too bad here. We hope you enjoyed the great space and amenities and the super convenient downtown location. We hope to welcome you back soon.
A comfortable stay for us

Overall had a great stay
by Mary M.Overall had a great stay. Pool and hot tub were great amenities and kitchen was well stocked with all basic cooking necessities. Bed was not the most comfortable but did the job. Parking was a little tricky as the lot out front was often full, especially on weekends, but can also park in lots across the street. Decent value overall!

- Use the arrow buttons or hold down the mouse button and move up and down to look higher or lower in the room.
- Use the mouse scroll wheel or a two finger pinch and pull to zoom in and out.
- Click on any floor circle to move to that location in the room and take another look around.
- Click on the floor of the home you'd like to view (bottom right corner) or move up and down stairs and into other rooms for a complete home tour!
- Change from walking mode to dollhouse view with the icons in the bottom left corner of your screen.
