Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, Parks Edge is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City (Main Street) and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1600 square feet, it sleeps 8-10 people perfectly.

This NEW, beautifully decorated Tri-level Townhome is perfectly designed for small groups and families. Exceptional care and consideration has been taken in the décor and lighting throughout the home. On the main level, a gorgeous living room with a 55” HD Smart TV awaits you. There’s plenty of seating, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, and access to a balcony with seating and a Gas BBQ Grill.

The Dining Area has a dining table plus island with combined Seating for Eight. It’s located right next to the Deluxe Kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need for a meal at home are featured there. There are dishes, glassware, silverware, baking pans, pots, frying pans, a blender, coffee maker, rice cooker and hot water boiler available for your use.

The main level also has a bedroom with Full over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle. There’s a full bathroom right outside the bedroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find the beautiful Master Suite. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, and En Suite bathroom with a separate Soaking Tub and shower.

Just across from the master bedroom is an office with a Twin Sofa Bed, writing desk and Printer.

Downstairs, on the first floor, you will find another Master Suite with Queen-sized bed and En Suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There’s a full-size HE Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor. No need to worry about wet clothes!

The entire home has Central Air-conditioning for the warmer summer months, heat for the winter and FREE Wifi. There are also Board Games and Cards.

Linens and towels are provided as well as blankets and pillows.

The Garage has room for two small to mid-size vehicles and there’s also first come, first served neighborhood parking for any extra cars.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. This place was super clean and cozy

We traveled to park city in January with our three adult children and 8 month old grandson. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean with all the necessities. Worked perfectly for our family situation. We were able to use the small office area adjacent to the master bedroom for our 8 month old grandson. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available and the multiple boxes of tissues were a big help! Kitchen was well equipped and even had a large crockpot for making chilli and Italian meatballs. It was very convenient to get dinner going in the morning before heading out skiing and return in time for a crockpot dinner. We will definitely book again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Phenomenal!

Our stay at this property was phenomenal. We are a family of five and there was plenty of room to sleep and socialize and the amenities were fantastic. The property had plenty of supplies and the management did not miss an opportunity to ensure that all of the little things were thought of and provided. The home was so clean, even for my very particular standard. The furniture and decorations were tasteful and provided a luxury feel. We are Marriott Platinum members and usually stay in hotels. However, after this experience, we look forward to our next stay at these properties.
