Winter in Park City, a mile and a half from the lifts. The free ski bus stops out front every 30 minutes, the hot tub runs year-round, and your car can stay parked all week.

A queen bed on one side, a queen sofa bed on the other, and a private patio out front for the first coffee before the shuttle comes. There's a full kitchen, a dining area that seats you properly rather than at a counter, and a washer and dryer in the unit.

GOOD TO KNOW
Every home is cleaned and stocked before you arrive with shampoo, body wash and lotion, a first round of paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. You'll get a digital guest book with your door code, Wi-Fi, and local tips. Ask about Early Check-in, Late Checkout, a Mid-Stay Refresh, or Trash and Tidy. A minimum stay applies; the number of nights depends on the home and the calendar, and there is sometimes flexibility.

SAFETY

Every home is licensed and inspected by the county before it can be rented, then inspected again between stays by our Breezeway Safety Certified maintenance techs. First aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in each one.

Last-minute trip

We booked this as a last-minute trip, but we’re very pleased the accommodations were exactly what our expectation was. It was very clean, and very appropriately priced. We appreciated the full kitchen and the washer and dryer. Great added bonuses that you don’t find with all studios. The mattress was much firmer than we were used to, so I woke up a little sore the first morning, but by the third morning there our bodies were adjusting. Just putting that out there to let others know if that is a deal breaker for them; and having said that, we would happily stay there again.

Perfect spot for skiing in town

Perfect spot for skiing in town. The location is very central. We used the free buses to go to town and to the mountain resort. We even walked to some restaurants a block or two away.

Great location. Close to everything in Park city

Great location. Close to everything in park city and 5 min away from main street. Cozy studio apt with a big screen tv and fully equipped kitchen and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. The only down side was the mattress (old spring mattress) which was not the most comfortable after a long day skiing. Besides that everything else was great.

Helpful host, incredible amenities!

Special thanks to the management team! Amazing response time, very helpful with all questions. Property was clean, new and had supply of laundry detergent, toiletries and coffee for the first day. Nice view, shuttle is right outside, about 20 min to the mountain, central office has ski rental which allows to store equipment on the mountain for free (Ski n See). Tv is big, bed comfortable and pull away couch great to sleep on after a day outside. Recommend all around.

Perfect Stay in Prospector Square

I have been coming to Park City for awhile now and I love staying in Prospector Square. The pricing for accommodations are more favorable then actually staying on the mountain. Transportation is very easy as they have FREE buses that take you anywhere in Park City - Downtown (old town), Mountain Resort, Grocery Shopping ect.. best way to stay connected with the buses is the "mystop" app as you can see the buses in real time and also plan your trips. Uber and Lyft are always easy to get too. Moose Management was a joy to work with as their communication went way above my expectations. The room we stayed in at Prospector Condos was unit 425, it was perfect for 1 or 2 people and it was very clean. You could walk to the lodge for the bus stop or it was one building down the other way. There are great restaurants right within walking distance from you (Sammy's Bistro, Grub Steak House and Freshies Lobster which has exceptional Lobster Rolls) or you can catch the bus, uber or lyft and go downtown Park City (Old Town) area which is amazing for shopping, eating and bars for night life which is only a 10 minute ride.

Perfect Studio for a Ski Getaway!
