Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a single level, with a balcony that looks out at the mountains and a grill on it. Straightforward, well kept, and about as close to the Canyons Village lifts as this neighborhood gets. Dogs welcome.

BEAR HOLLOW

Bear Hollow sits between the Canyons Village base and the Utah Olympic Park on the north side of Park City, where the ski jumps are two miles up the road and most of the year you can watch aerialists training into the splash pool. Every home looks out at something - pines, the jumps, or the Swaner Preserve at the edge of the neighborhood. In December the welcome sign lights up and the drive in turns into a winter wonderland.

BEAR HOLLOW LODGES

Park in the heated garage, take the elevator to your floor, and walk in. No steps, no icy path from the car, no hauling boots up a staircase in the dark. Every Lodges home is a single level once you are through the door. There are also hot tubs beside the buildings, so when the clubhouse is busy you have somewhere else to go.

GETTING AROUND AND PARKING

The free Park City bus stops at the edge of the neighborhood and runs to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and Woodward. The paved Millennium Trail runs through Bear Hollow - one way to the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction, under the roads rather than across them, the other way to the Cabriolet lift. You do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want one. Your assigned space is in the heated common garage, with first-come bump-out spaces for extra cars.

YES, BRING THE DOG

This is a town with a dog festival called Bark City, an off-leash park called Run-A-Muk, and a restaurant called Blind Dog. You get the idea. Run-A-Muk is right next door, and the home comes with a dog setup, so there is less to pack.

Just tell us before you arrive. It means we are expecting them, and it books the right clean afterward. Two dogs maximum, and we will send a short agreement. Emotional support animals are declared the same way. Not approved, not charged.

BOOKING MORE THAN ONE HOME

We manage a lot of homes in Bear Hollow, with beds for more than 400 guests across them. If your group is bigger than one house, message us before you book and we will line up homes close to each other on the same dates, with one local team looking after all of it.

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED

Keyless entry, no keys to pick up. Cleaned and stocked before you arrive - shampoo, body wash and lotion, a first round of paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods, enough to settle in without a store run. Guest Portal and Digital Guest Book for home details, local tips and Wi-Fi.

COFFEE AND A BOOK

Coffee for the first morning. The book is ours - a rhyming trip through a Park City year with a moose named Patrick on the cover. It goes home with you.

SAFETY

Every home is licensed and inspected by the county before it can be rented, then inspected again between stays by our Breezeway Safety Certified maintenance techs. First aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in each one.

With family in the Park City/Kimball area, we rent at least twice a year. This was definitely our favorite. It was clean, in like-new condition, comfy beds, nice linens, fully stocked kitchen with sharp knives (a barometer of a quality rental in my book), great TV access, and really good communication. The condo was lovely. Very clean, well furnished, all needed amenities were provided. We enjoyed having indoor heated parking. Site provided say access to shopping nearby as well as to ski areas, and Rte 80 to SLC where we have children and grandchild. Very good choice and will be happy to reserve next year as well. Recommend highly.

It was nice and the staff was very responsive. The shower could have had hotter water. It was somewhat difficult to get out into the garage from the elevator as you had to enter a very touchy keypad and I thought was a danger if you had to get into the garage in a hurry.

A really nice place

Overall this is a terrific location at the north end of Park City with easy access to the Park City resorts. If you are skiing Deer Valley, it is a bit more of a drive, but still easy. Very comfortable beds and linens, which is often not the case in an Airbnb. The garage was a nice addition after a long day skiing. If you have two cars the other has to park in the elements, which isn't ideal, but understandable. Overall a really nice place and responsive management.

What a great stay! The location is ideal, we loved the pet friendly aspect and the beautiful views from the balcony. The room was comfortable and it was a short drive to Canyon Village or downtown proper Park City. Hosts were kind and responsive, we will stay with them again.

Great summer vacation spot

This was an incredible place to stay for our family of four in PC. We loved taking our dog to Run a Muk everyday. It’s a short walk from the condo to the park gate. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the porch. Great summer vacation spot.

BOOK HERE! This is the most ideal spot for a group - we had six people and it suited us perfectly. Could have fit two more comfortably on the pull out. The kitchen has everything you need to cook which is so nice. It feels more like a home than anything. The bedrooms are connected so it feels like a giant slumber party and honestly nothing better than a private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Bigger than the pictures look, great location, don’t hesitate to grab this spot if you can!

Condo rental in Park City

We rented Bear Hollow lodge for a month while my husband was receiving cancer treatment at Hunstman Cancer Institute. Co do was very comfortable, well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Management was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay. Would definitely stay there again if we were going to be in the Salt Lake or Park City area. Great overall location.

Everything was very clean and the place felt like the perfect home away from home. Place to park in the heated garage + an extra parking spot right outside was very easy to locate. They even had a shopping cart in the garage which you could unload groceries to and then take them up the elevator to the condo. Fantastic! -Serena

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this great location. It was very comfortable for our family of 6 adults. So close to the ski resorts and shopping. The kitchen is well equipt for cooking in and an easy drive to town for dining out. The heated garage was very nice on cold mornings! We would definitely stay again!

Labor Day Retreat

We had 6 adults and 2 kids and fit comfortably. Everything was thoughtfully provided from directions to pool towels and everything in between. Clean! We used this as base camp to go on hikes, swim, bike rides, visit the Olympic Park, shop and go out to great, nearby restaurants. We'd stay here again, especially since we only checked off half the items on our list.
