Situated just 0.2 miles from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this property offers an easy walk to the slopes, allowing everyone to skip the hassle of parking fees and reservations. For added convenience, a 7/11 is just 500 feet away for all your quick needs, and Park City City Park is only 1,000 feet away. City Park is a hub of activity, featuring sand volleyball courts, skate parks, football fields, baseball fields, a playground, BBQ areas, basketball courts, and walking trails. The free bus route stops right outside, providing easy access to Main Street and other attractions.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations -
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you must request the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive written approval of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions may apply.
Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350
Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month
Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per stay
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Parking -
Parking is a breeze with one assigned space in the common garage, which also offers first-come, first-served guest parking spots. There is limited street parking nearby for smaller vehicles, but please note that street parking is not available during snowy conditions. No RVs, boats, or trailers are permitted.

The home is conveniently located on the free bus route and is serviced by High Valley Transit, making it easy to move around Park City without a car. Wonderful Stay
by Alysha Y.We had a wonderful stay here! The place was spacious and well-stocked. I had an easy time cooking in their kitchen, with plenty of pans, a blender, and such. Washer and Dryer were awesome to have too. The location was great, only a 2 block walk to the lifts and there were a ton of buses running around the clock and stopping all over! Moose Management was super quick to respond to all my messages! A few things to note that I would have liked to know before reserving: -the check-in process is fairly involved, it took me almost 10 minutes to go through all the online forms. No big deal, but I wasn't expecting so many forms. -The parking is REALLY tight! We had an overhead bin on our car that we had to remove in a nearby parking lot (at midnight while snowing...) so we could fit in the garage under the building. There is NO other parking nearby. -The code to get in the house expires at the time of checkout. Luckily Moose Management responded quickly so I could grab my last bag.
