In the bright and inviting LIVING AREA, there’s a modern gray sofa that easily converts into a queen-size sofa bed upon request, plus a lovely, formal dining table by the window. In one corner, the crackling stone fireplace makes the ideal spot to warm up in front of after a long day on the world-famous Park City ski slopes. There’s also a large 65” HD SMART TV mounted on the wall for streaming your favorite TV shows.

This comfortable apartment also includes a fully equipped KITCHENETTE, where you’ll find a spacious refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric range, a toaster, and a coffeemaker, all surrounded by crisp white cabinets and a sparkling tile backsplash.

The ONE BEDROOM in Bear Hollow Village 5482 B is a convenient bunk room, with a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed that can sleep two. This home also features a washer and dryer— which is shared with guests of the unit on the upper floors, if occupied — and space for one small to mid-sized car in a shared two-car garage with a shared Tesla/EV charger.
