Perfectly located in Kimball Junction across from the Redstone Shopping center, Bear Hollow Lodges is the perfect place to stay any time of year. The neighborhood is on the FREE Park City Shuttle route and has a gorgeous clubhouse for guest use. This upgraded condo has 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms.
All on one level, this easily accessible home is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated, making the space feel homey and comfortable. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails, with a large gas fireplace, plenty of seating, a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large HD Smart TV with DirecTV satellite television. Just off the living room, the patio has seating for two and a BBQ grill.
The fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, dishware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, and baking dishes for all your cooking needs. The dining area seats six at the table and four at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub, standalone shower, and large windows with beautiful views. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination with bedroom three. The third bedroom has two Twin Beds and a TV.
The entire home has central air-conditioning, free Wifi, and full heat. There’s also a full-sized washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board.
The Bear Hollow Clubhouse features a large community hot tub (open year-round), a pool (open summer only), a fitness center, office area (with a printer for ski passes, etc). and gathering space.
Bringing or renting a car? There is one assigned parking space in the underground heated garage for use during your stay as well as 3 garage guest spots and plenty of first come, first served spots in front of the building and around the community.
The Bear Hollow neighborhood sits below the Olympic Park area and is across the highway from the Redstone Shopping Center. Redstone is home to small boutique-type shopping as well as large chain stores. With a movie theater and many places to choose for dining, the convenience can’t be beat. There’s a grocery store, gas station and post office as well. There is a walking trail with an underground pass from Bear Hollow to Redstone. Bear Hollow is also a few minutes from the Tanger Outlet Mall for some amazing shopping deals.
Bear Hollow is on the Free Bus Route and only approximately 5 minutes to the Canyons Resort, 10 minutes to downtown Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort and 15 minutes to the Deer Valley Resort. Want to ski Cottonwood Canyon? Bear Hollow is just a few minutes from access to highway 80 and approximately 45 minutes to Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird and less than 30 minutes to the Salt Lake International Airport.

Spacious and comfortable
by Katherine Smith LinBear Hollow 4209 is exactly as pictured. The sofa and beds are extremely comfortable. The condo is well insulated and can be heated almost immediately with just the use of the gas fireplace. The living area sofa is huge with extra seating of two comfy chairs which allowed everyone in our family of 4 to be together with plenty of space. Moose management was an excellent host with communication and access on the day of checkin. The heated garage with reserved parking spot is fantastic. Concerning location, it is a drive to the slopes which was not a problem for us. Reserved parking at Park City mountain village is free for carpool of 4 and $26 if your party is under 4; Must reserve online. If you stay in Kimball Junction there are plenty of grocery stores and a few restaurants. We used the gas grill on the patio for one of the meals. Overall, highly recommend and will use moose management again with travel to Park City.

by Dawn K.Management was very responsive. The home was exactly as described. Parking and facilities were great. Although the bed was too firm for my liking, the linens were so soft that it mostly made up for the firmness. It was very comfortable for our family of 7.
