Nestled right by the Red Pine Gondola and Canyons lifts, the Westgate Resort offers unmatched amenities, an incredible location, and this newly-remodeled, modern condo, which sleeps up to 4 people.

On the 9th floor (accessible by elevator) and overlooking the resort with fantastic mountain views, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo exceeds every expectation. The whole condo is one floor (no stairs) and features a lovely living room with a large HD Smart TV, Queen-sized sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and balcony with seating to enjoy the sights of Park City.

A dining area with seating for eight is next to the full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed to cook a nice meal. There’s a toaster, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, full set of pots/pans/baking dishes, utensils, cups/plates/bowls/mugs, glassware, wine glasses, and much more.

The King-sized Master suite features an HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, luxurious bedding, and an en suite bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub and separate shower. There’s also a washer and dryer in the bathroom area.

Along with renting this beautiful condo, the Westgate Resort offers a full Serenity Spa (with in-room salon services), 30,000 square feet of luxury, a tranquil spa area with a waterfall, and award-winning massages and treatments.

The state-of-the-art Westgate Fitness Center features cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, a yoga studio (with Bikram yoga, hot power yoga, personal training, and pilates classes offered).

Great location at the base of the Canyons Village ski area

Great location at the base of the Canyons Village ski area. Lots of good restaurants around within very close walking distance. Ski lifts were a few minutes walk out the door of the resort as well. The complimentary shuttle service to downtown Park City was amazing and the indoor / outdoor pool was the best part of the property itself aside from close proximity to the ski lifts. The room and resort are both a little dated and have some miles on them for sure.

Great place. Maybe a tiny drop smaller than in the pictures but possibly the most comfortable bed (and pullout couch) I've expereinced. Being at the Westgate was an added bonus, service was tops. One caveat/negative, it's alot of walking witiin the property to get from place to place.

Fantastic Family Getaway at Westgate 3901 in Park City!

We had a fantastic vacation in Park City and a wonderful stay at Westgate 3901! The room was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We had no issues during our stay so there was no need to contact the host, but Moose Management did a great job communicating leading up to the trip. Our kids loved all the hotel amenities like the indoor/outdoor pool and arcade. The ski valet services and locker room at the resort made things so much easier and you can't beat the proximity to the slopes! I would definitely recommend Moose Management and the Westgate to others.

The Property and Management were Great!

This property was great! Well appointed with kitchen needs and great location to get around. The property management company was fantastic when we had a TV remote issue even responding and resolving on a Sunday!!!!!! I wouldn't consider a missing TV remote a catastrophic issue, but the way they handle it was impressive. The location of the condo was convenient to the elevators and found it easy to navigate the Westgate. We love Park City and will definitely look forward to staying at this property in the future!

A Comfortable Stay at Westgate Resort

The unit was perfect and comfortable for the three of us (two adults plus one child). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for the six nights we were there.
We loved all the amenities Westgate had to offer (pool, game room, ski valet…). Easy to get to the base of the mountain (canyons). Westgate is quite large, so to get to your room, pool, or outside, it could be overwhelming initially, but you figure it out quickly.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would love to come back again!
