This beautiful 1349 square foot, 3-bedroom condo (which sleeps 9 guests) is perfect for a lovely stay in Park City!

Located directly across the street -Steps Away- from the Park City Mountain Resort Ski Lifts and with a bus stop just across the street, it’s conveniently located on the Park City Municipal Golf Course. For cross-country skiers, the golf course has 3, 5 and 10-kilometer loops.

In the summer, the condo features great access to biking, hiking trails and Park City Resort activities. It’s a leisure walk to Historic Main Street in Old Town for great shopping, dining and nightlife.

The rustically decorated living room is welcoming and homey, with a warm, Gas Fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy cooking your own meals using the stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven and crockpot or grab a quick snack using the toaster, toaster oven and coffee pot. The large dining table seats eight guests and is perfect for hosting a delicious dinner.

The den includes two couches, two La-Z-Boy recliners and a 55” 4K Ultra HD Television with Blu-Ray Player and a selection of DVDs. Or just enjoy watching your favorite shows using the provided HD Cable TV. There’s a small half-bathroom located right off the living area. The home also has a gas fireplace for warmth in the winter and Central Air-Conditioning and ceiling fans to keep it comfortable in the summer. There’s even a Pack-n-Play for little ones to enjoy.

Downstairs, enjoy a large Master bedroom with a King-sized bed, 48” HD television and attached bathroom (with a tub/shower combination.) Upstairs, one King guest bedroom and one bedroom with two twin bunks and a trundle provide Comfortable Sleeping arrangements. Each room also includes a small TV. There’s another full bathroom upstairs as well, with another shower/bath combination.

A laundry room with a full-sized Washer and Dryer make it easy to clean ski or hiking clothes. An iron and ironing board are also included.

Outside, enjoy a charcoal BBQ Grill during warmer months.
The property includes access to the Clubhouse, which contains a Heated Pool and Hot Tub for family fun. Open Summer AND Winter. Approximate open dates are..Memorial Day to Labor Day and Thanksgiving to Mid-April.

No need to worry about parking! There’s one underground Assigned Parking space and three guest spaces available.

Perfect, Comfortable, Convenient

Stayed here the week before Christmas with two college sons and two friends. It was absolutely perfect for us. There is parking onsite, you can walk across the street to the chairlift and all the park city mountain resort amenities (shops, food, ski rentals). We enjoyed the clubhouse (ping pong, great sitting area) and pool with hot tub and sauna. The condo itself is excellent - great layout, good separation of bedrooms, bunk room is perfect for young or older kids. We ran the fireplace in the living room the whole time and loved the well-appointed kitchen. Also loved the bus stop directly in front of the condo that takes you to town and all over park city, which allowed us to bus into town for a fun night with a bit of drinking without having to worry about driving. Highly recommend this unit and we will be back.

Great trip to Park city!

The property was great for our group (2 families - 4 adults/4 teenagers). The location was fantastic - short 5 min. walk to the slopes/resort village/village bus station. We walked or took the bus nearly everywhere! The condo was clean and very well appointed/organized. We cooked in many meals and the place had everything that we needed and was roomy enough for our group. The hot tub/pool facility was really nice and we used it daily (I wish it was located right next to the condo, but it was a short walk away). The property manager was easy to work with and responded promptly to all our concerns/questions. We'd definitely select this location/group on our next visit.

Great Location

Great Location across the street from the bus stop and the Park City Mtn First Time parking lot. The Fresh Market grocery is a 10 min walk. Historic Main Street is a 20 min walk. The kitchen is very well stocked with a large selection of pots, pans, and utensils. There is a good supply of Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, and saran wrap as well. The living room is comfortable and relaxing with a gas log fireplace. Beds are comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Walk to the closest lift

This location is a 2-3 minute walk to the closest lift which can lead you to the main part of Park City Village. Seriously, you can hop on a bus as the stop is literally at the doorstep but you really don't need it. The place was spotless and PLENTY of room for 6 adults if everyone needs their own bed, but also plenty of room for 8 if the two king beds are shared. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare nice meals. We had a great weekend and would absolutely love to stay here again.

Perfect Location!

It is a great place for two families and it is literally a two minute walk to the first time and eagle chairs, which get you access to the whole mtn. The blue line bus stop is also literally outside the front door. Hot tub and pool is also just a two minute walk from the front door. Perfect location and the living space and bedrooms are a great size for a ski town condo.

Great location, quiet

Perfect for two families who are comfortable with each other. There are three bedrooms, and the nine of us fit in this space (all 5 kids in one room). Although the entry way was quite small, there are plenty of hooks in the entrance and around the house to store skis, ski clothes, towels, etc. Nice space in back yard (far from cars) for the kids to play for hours after skiing. Hot tub was a 3 min walk. Five min walk to the chair lifts and center of Park City resort, and 10-15 min walk to Silver Star. Lots of food in pantry for "guest use" (thank you!) and all the kitchen items we needed were there. There were a couple of things that needed fixing (toilet paper holder not screwed in, some lights in kitchen didn't work, etc), but nothing that interfered with our stay. We would recommend this cosy place.
