Situated just 0.2 miles from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this property offers an easy walk to the slopes, allowing everyone to skip the hassle of parking fees and reservations. For added convenience, a 7/11 is just 500 feet away for all your quick needs, and Park City City Park is only 1,000 feet away. City Park is a hub of activity, featuring sand volleyball courts, skate parks, football fields, baseball fields, a playground, BBQ areas, basketball courts, and walking trails. The free bus route stops right outside, providing easy access to Main Street and other attractions. Having this much sleeping space so close to the mountain is a rare gem, allowing you to maximize your time enjoying all that Park City has to offer.

We are “Dog Friendly!” in Ski Team 4. We would love to welcome you and your four-legged family member in the second unit. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350.
Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month.
Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation.
