If you're looking for a downtown Park City getaway at a great price, look no further!
This ALL NEW completely remodeled space provides a unique set up where guests can sleep, play, eat and relax comfortably.
There are two built-in Queen loft beds accessible by a sturdy attached ladder. Guests should be able to safely use a ladder to utilize this sleeping space. The floor of the loft bed is carpeted. The mattresses are new and comfortable and the head of each bed has a wedge pillow headboard for lounging and sleeping comfort! Each loft bedside has its own light and fan. There are also outlets for plugging in laptops and charging phones. At the top of the ladder is a light switch for the main living area hanging light for convenience.
In the main living area, there is a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa. This is a great additional sleeping option as well as a spacious seating area. This space has a gorgeous stone gas fireplace which is the home's primary heat source. The fireplace is controlled by a mounted touchscreen remote that will allow flame height and fan adjustments. A thermostat function allows guests to set a comfortable temperature and the fireplace will turn on and off automatically to maintain that temperature. There is a 55" Smart TV with DIRECTV and an XBOX with an assortment of games.
Just off of the main living space is a balcony with two chairs, a table and two mountain bikes for guest use. (helmets and locks provided). This is a truly tranquil space to enjoy the mountain views and fresh mountain air.
Just behind the living area is a full kitchen with a fridge, range, oven and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, baking items, a coffee maker, a Keurig, a waffle iron, a crockpot, a small Ninja blender and more! There is a table to seat 4-6 guests.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a desk area. If you need to catch up on a bit of work, this is a great spot to set up your mobile office. The cabinet to the right holds cards and games.
Along the entry way is a space to hold skis, coats and more. This is also the area that has entrance to the full bathroom. There is a marble-top sink area with shelves for storing luggage and clothing. There is clothes hanging space as well, a chair to sit and take off shoes and a boot tray on the bottom shelf to store boots and shoes. The bathroom has a new tiled tub/shower with a hand-held shower head and alcoves for easily setting shampoo/conditioner and other items. There is also an in-home washer and dryer.
The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too. Being downtown and close to everything makes a stay in this home perfect for your group.
The Prospector Condos have a BRAND-NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY) and hot tub (year-round). There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. SKI RENTALS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON PROPERTY (Ski ‘N See), AND 25% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE!
Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24-hours. The building is located right next to the Rail Trail and the Silver Mountain Sports Club.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.
The Prospector Lodge is an official venue of the Sundance Film Festival and is also centrally located within Park City.

Just like the pictures!
by Jamie H.The unit is just like the pictures. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the ability to do laundry. The loft beds were fine for us, but you wouldn’t want to stay in them if you were older or less mobile. Our flight was delayed and we landed at 3am, but we were still able to check in at that time. We were close to Park City Resort for skiing and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place! Very cute area
by Jenn P.Great place! Very cute area. Many walkable shops and places to eat. Easy drive to downtown PC. Plenty of hiking around the area. Amazing playground. Easy check in & out. Quick response when I had questions.
Unit was clean and nice. Super hot when we walked in but it’s mid summer and 98° out. AC unit cooled off the lower level very quickly. Sleeping area is warm. They do provide fans by each bed which really helped. Just pack light pjs.
Would stay again!

A beautiful renovated place!
by Cameron B.It’s a beautiful renovated place. It’s more of a 2 bed studio loft. It can sleep 6 people but the only issue is there really is no room to put all your luggage, clothing and all ski gear. But other than that one issue the place was great. Awesome TV with direct TV and all streaming services. Very good fire place and the induction cook top works very fast. The beds are comfortable and the sofa is also very comfortable. It’s very cosy and very easy to feel at home. I spent 7 nights there and loved it. I do recommend you take your own shower supplies.
It’s a perfect place to escape and it was great value.

Responsive and friendly staff!
by Jess B.The condo was exactly as pictured and had plenty of towels/washcloths/plates etc. They had everything needed including brochures for the bus route. The front desk is staffed 24/7 for checkin. Moose management was very responsive and friendly when I had trouble figuring out how to use an appliance. Before my trip they sent local recommendations. Will be staying again in the future.
