Contemporary yet completely cozy, Prospector Condos 921 is a pristine one-bedroom loft condominium in the heart of downtown Park City. Located right next to the gorgeous Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, you’ll have easy access to both the city excitement and the endless beauty of the rail trail right outside your door. Whether you want to spend the day skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply strolling and shopping, Prospector Condos 921 is the perfect spot to experience it all.
The interior layout of this loft-style home is both efficient and elegant. On the main level, the LIVING AREA is bright and open, with vaulted ceilings and a large sliding glass door that lets in lots of sunlight. These doors also slide open to reveal a small private PATIO area with lounge chairs that create a perfect spot for an evening cocktail or an early morning cup of coffee. Back inside, a modern leather sofa faces a large HDTV, and lots of exposed wood and greenery add a warm, welcoming vibe.
In the open KITCHEN, a peninsula bar with two chairs makes a comfy DINING SPOT. A combination of open shelving and wood cabinetry stores sparkling glassware, dishware, and cookware. There’s also a refrigerator, an electric range, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Gorgeous granite countertops provide plenty of space for preparing easy meals or heating up delicious local takeout— maybe from nearby Grub’s Steak House or Fuego’s Bistro.
Climb the stairs to the private, open LOFT, where you'll find an inviting, peaceful spot to rest your head. With a luxe queen-sized bed, a side table, and a reading lamp, this is an ideal space to relax and recharge after an exciting day on the slopes or hiking trails. Back downstairs, the FULL BATHROOM features a step-in shower and a spacious single vanity sink with a marble top. There are also full-size washers and dryers at the complex for complete convenience.
Located inside the prestigious Prospector Square, this lovely property features a year-round community hot tub, a seasonal swimming pool, a helpful staff that’s available 24 hours a day, and an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Guests of Prospector Square also have access to the Silver Mountain Sports Club (with paid pass) which offers state-licensed childcare Monday through Friday. Very nice vacation stay

Lovely condo

Comfortable stay!
by Rohan K.Overall a comfortable stay and convenient location. I enjoyed the nearby gym which included an outdoor headed pool and steam & sauna which was perfect after a day on the mountain.
From a checkin experience, would be better if instructions were available from the app vs having to search through email. Kitchen had basic amenities.

Fantastic place!
by Sorogini H.We enjoyed our stay. You may wanna add a tv in the bedroom and a ceiling fan. The heat since it’s not central air makes it super hard to regulate. Other than that it was a fantastic place. We will be coming back again. I highly recommend it.
