A Ground-Floor Studio Built for Two, With Room for a Third

A queen bed, a private patio, and everything on one level - this is the one for a couple who'd rather spend their money on the mountain than the room. The kitchen punches above its size with an induction cooker, a Keurig and a coffee maker both, and real cookware. There's a washer/dryer combo in the unit, which on a week-long ski trip is the difference between packing light and packing everything.

Excellent place! Besides being pleasant, clean, and centrally located, the host was very attentive and responded quickly. I highly recommend this place; if you're planning a trip to Park City, it's the best option. The free bus stopped right on the corner.

My son and I used this delightful rental as our home base while he was in mountain bike camp. It had everything we needed and nothing that we didn't! We had fun cooking for ourselves in the small kitchen and appreciated that basics such as oil and spices were available for our use.The location is safe, quiet and within a comfortable walking distance along a delightful, paved trail to downtown Park City. Bring your bikes! We would certainly consider staying here again.

Spacious Apartment

Me and my fiancé stayed 5 nights at the property while skiing and visiting Park City. The apartment is more spacious than we thought and had all the amenities we needed (kitchen and bathroom). The bed is also super comfortable and the apartment is reasonably quiet.The best part of it is the location, right in front of the bus station that takes you to Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort for free.Would definitely recommend it for a couple or single person.
