Once inside, you’ll see that this small space has been well-designed to feel roomy and comfortable. The main LIVING AREA consists of a stylish gray futon, which also easily transforms into a convenient sleeping space for a child or small adult. Wide wood plank floors and soaring vaulted ceilings throughout add a dash of rugged cabin vibes blended perfectly with luxury hotel suite charm.

Next to the living space is a QUEEN-SIZED BED that faces the large HDTV, so you can get comfy on either the bed or the futon for a movie night. This versatile room also includes a DINING TABLE with room for four.

Simple and convenient spot in Park City

Simple, convenient, slightly careworn spot in Park City, close to shuttle buses and some restaurants. Furnishings are spare (there is only a mini-fridge, which the shelves had been taken out of for some reason; would have loved a rug in the main space to make things feel a bit cozier; could have used some coat hooks by the door) and there is a charge for early check-in before a certain time. All told, pretty typical value for price at peak Sundance rates.
