Expansive and elegant with lots of space for large groups and families, Park Town West 1700 features five bedrooms and over 3,000 square feet of ultra-luxurious living. Quiet and peaceful within the Park West Village Townhomes, this spacious oasis is close to fabulous local shopping, delicious restaurants, and an easy walk to the Canyons Village Cabriolet. There’s also a game room with a pool table and an outdoor 8-person hot tub overlooking the surrounding park views.

The main level GREAT ROOM is classic and comfy, with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided!) and polished wood floors. There’s a luxe leather sleeper sofa and multiple armchairs that surround the stone hearth, and a large HDTV mounted over the flames— perfect for a Netflix binge with your whole crew and a bottle (or two!) of wine. Next to the living space is a formal DINING TABLE with seating for eight.

In the opulent, open KITCHEN, glossy wood cabinets and gleaming granite countertops surround the premier stainless steel appliances. Here, you’ll find a huge refrigerator plus a wine fridge, a main dishwasher plus a dishwasher just for fragile glassware, a microwave, and a premier gas range. There’s also additional, casual bar stool seating on the L-shaped island, and a separate center island with more workspace and a sink. Whether preparing a full meal for your whole crew or simply heating up some takeout from a local favorite restaurant, this kitchen has got you covered.

In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a divine four-poster king-size bed faces the brick, wood-burning fireplace. There’s also a private, ENSUITE BATHROOM with a soaking tub and a premium, multi-directional rainshower. Upstairs, the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM includes a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM features two twin-size beds. A full, shared BATHROOM is accessible from the hallway. There’s also a ladder that leads up to a fun LOFT BEDROOM with a twin-size bed.

This condo was fabulous!

This condo was fabulous! We had 7 adults and 3 kids (2,8,10) and we all had so much fun. We walked to the cabriolet lift to ski. It is about 400 yds but it was a great walk and the lift has a beautiful view on the way up. The kids loved it! The hot tub was used every day and it was so nice being on the back patio as opposed to a separate location like most of the condos/hotels. There are tons of games and tvs in almost every room! The kitchen was well stocked.! We cooked a lot since we had 10 of us and eating out is not always an option with a big group. Only negative was the twin beds in the upstairs bedroom were not very comfortable. However, that is the only thing that any of my family mentioned. Loved it and would definitely stay there again! Great space for a big family with lots of good hangout spots. Well-furnished with a pool table, games, puzzles. The location is great, just across from Canyons Village and within 3 miles of multiple restaurant and grocery options.

Beautiful home

We have rented often for ski trips and this was by far the best equipped and luxurious house we have stayed in. Had lots of cookware and basic provisions/spices. Beautiful home- we would return for certain!

This was our third year in a row heading out to Park city area. It’s a father/son trip for a total of six of us and this was definitely the best place that we stayed at. About an eight minute walk to the Cabriolet lift, very spacious house with All the amenities we would need. The kitchen was huge with nice appliances and everything you would need along with entire residence being very clean and organized. We would definitely consider staying here again, highly recommended!

Accommodation is great for our group!

Accommodation great for our group of adults and kids. Everyone enjoyed the spaces available for entertainment off the slopes as well as the spaces to prepare for the next days skiing.

Perfect house!

We were 3 families traveling together and the house was perfect. It was large and comfortable. The teen boys loved the downstairs room and made that their hang out. We cooked dinner and breakfast every morning in the well equipped kitchen. The location made it easy to walk to the cabriolet. The garage made it easy to store the boots and skis. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Retreat with All the Essentials, Close to Canyons Village Gondola

Fantastic Ski Getaway for Large Groups in a Convenient Location

Me and my large ski group had a great stay in this location. It is a 8 minute walk from the house to the bottom of Cabriolet lift, which made skiiing Canyons extremely easy, and the bus stop to take you to Park City was right next to it. The house itself was large and very comfortable, the kitchen is enormous and has all of the basic things you need to cook. We enjoyed the jacuzzi immensely, all of the beds were comfortable, and in general we had a wonderful time.
