A two-story great room with a gas fireplace, a professional-grade kitchen, and two private primary suites make it an easy fit for multi-family groups or friends traveling together, while the covered patio, hot tub, and sweeping mountain views bring the outdoors in at every turn.

The kitchen comes well stocked with a drip coffee maker, a crock pot, and just about everything else needed to cook a home-style meal. Pull up a stool at the island or gather around the adjacent dining table after a day on the mountain.

The Primary Suites

Upstairs, the first primary bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, its own electric fireplace, a nightstand charging station, and an en suite bath with a walk-in glass shower and dual-sink vanity. On the main floor, just off the kitchen and great room, the second primary suite is a true retreat, with its own king bed, TV, electric fireplace, nightstand charging station, and a spa-style bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub inside a glass-enclosed shower, a dual-sink vanity, and a large walk-in closet.

The Guest Bedrooms

Two additional upstairs bedrooms each offer two full beds, a TV, and a nightstand charging station, making them a great fit for kids, friends, or extra couples. The rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo, giving guests easy access without crossing through a shared hallway.

Outdoor Living and Parking

Step out through the great room's wide sliding glass doors to a covered patio with a private hot tub, a gas grill, and outdoor dining for the group. Take in sweeping views of the Deer Valley East Village ski runs and mountainside, with a glimpse of Jordanelle Reservoir in the distance. A two-car garage with dedicated ski and snowboard racks, plus two additional driveway spaces, makes it easy for the whole group to park and gear up.

Getting to the Slopes

This winter, Mayflower Village residents and guests can take advantage of Mountain Mover, a complimentary shuttle running directly to Deer Valley's East Village ski base. The pilot program runs daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm throughout the 2025-26 season, December 19 through April 19, and rides are booked through the Mountain Mover app, available for both iPhone and Android.

Jordanelle Reservoir

Just down the road, Jordanelle State Park offers year-round recreation on a 3,068-acre reservoir. The Hailstone area is home to a full-service marina with boat, pontoon, ski boat, jet ski, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, along with boat fueling, moorings, and indoor storage, plus a swim beach, day-use pavilions, and a playground.

Pets

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pets/EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
