Nestled on a hillside above Park City, the Jordanelle Estates features high-end luxury and unmatched views. Only eight minutes from Main Street and the ski resorts, this gorgeous home sleeps 14-16 people comfortably. With 4000 square feet of living space and 5 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, you’ll enjoy a blissful, satisfying vacation any time of year. Professionally decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this home provides relaxation, peace, and incomparable enjoyment.
A large driveway leads to the beautiful property. There’s parking for two vehicles in the spacious garage. There’s also additional room for three more vehicles in the driveway.
Entering the home through the garage, you’ll find a mud room with plenty of space for skis, coats, boots, and other equipment. There’s a half bathroom by the mud room and a laundry room with an HE High-Capacity washer and dryer. This area leads to a sizeable great room with plenty of open gathering space.
The gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen features Wolf Subzero Appliances and quartz countertops. The range features a griddle for easy cooking and a toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, waffle iron, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and baking dishes provide everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal. Next to the open kitchen, you’ll find a dining room area with a table for eight and countertop seating for four.
The living room has 12’ ceilings, an open face gas fireplace, large couch and chairs, and a 65” HD Smart TV. The upper deck runs from the living room to the master bedroom and has incredible views.
You’ll also find the Master Suite on the Main Floor. With a King-sized bed, comfortable bedding, a 65" HD Smart TV and an en suite bathroom, enjoying a good night’s rest will be easy. The bathroom features a stand-alone, deep soaking tub and large separate shower. There’s also easy access to the deck from this bedroom. Another King-sized bedroom with a 50" HD Smart TV, en suite bathroom (tub/shower combination) is also located on the main floor.
Downstairs, a spacious family room features an additional gas fireplace, 75” HD Smart TV, huge sectional, and plenty of space. A large table with chairs allows your group to play games together easily. Several board games and cards are provided in the home. There’s an Foosball table and a Pool table as well. A Queen air mattress allows for extra sleeping space.
The patio (accessed from the family room) has a sunken hot tub to relax in after a busy day of Park City fun. Additionally, there’s one bedroom with TWO built-in bunkbeds (twin-over-full) featuring easy access stairs. This room shares a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with another bedroom featuring a Queen-sized bed. Down a small hallway, you’ll find a private King-bedroom with en suite bathroom (tub/shower combination).
The entire home has FREE Wifi, DirecTV satellite television (with HD DVR), Central Air-Conditioning, and full heat.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Annual ski trip
by Aysha H.My friends and I had our annual ski trip here and it was amazing! There were 15 of us and there was ample room for all of us to sleep with the provided air mattresses and couch’s. Everyone LOVED how comfy the beds were as well. Seriously need to know where the mattresses were from. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed and the space was beautiful. A bit far from the main cafes and shops in Park City, but not too bad with the car. Loved staying here overall

The perfect home for a family vacation!
by Susan LaidlawWe loved our stay at the beautiful Jordanelle Estates 13201! This family vacation included 6 adults (my husband and me, my daughter and son-in-law and my son and daughter-in-law), plus 4 kids, ages 6yo - 1yo. The 2 level house is very spacious, offering places for the kids to play both on the main level as well as down in the amazing basement. We adults still had plenty of room to relax , on the wonderful deck or inside. All bedrooms were perfectly sized, the entire house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The short proximities to Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons (Olympic Park!) made getting to where we wanted to go easy. The guys enjoyed flyfishing, we all loved spending an afternoon at the community pool and hiking plus other outings in town. Our half day pontoon rental on Jordanelle Reservoir was a highlight and only a 20 min. drive from the house. Moose Management staff were great communicators about what we needed to know about the house and the Park City area in advance of our stay and the personalized app was very helpful, making it easy for all three families to access info on the house, grocery stores, activities, etc. We all agree we\'d love to stay at 13201 again if our family vacation brings us back to Park City. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Fantastic Stay

With 5 kids we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Beds were super comfortable, bedrooms spacious, and the kitchen is just lovely! We enjoyed many meals on the island and at the table. Close to everything we did and so easy to get to. The clubhouse and pool were a great addition after a long day of activities. The kids loved being able to go for a swim. A Wonderful Stay at the Property
by Chandler L.We had the absolute best stay at this property! I was surprised just how spacious it was, the pictures do not do it justice. Everything was incredibly clean and organized and the beds/linens were so nice and soft. The communication from start to finish was top notch and made everything so easy.
My only minor feedback is that the blinds let in a lot of light so no sleeping in or long naps for any kids. Also felt like the pots and pans were old, a lot of our food stuck to the pans even with cooking spray. Again, super minor things compared to the overall experience but just being honest.
Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to some friends for their own weekend getaways.

Ideal Multifamily Rental
by Felicia (Fish) M.We were a group of four different families, most going on their first ski trip to Park City. There was plenty of space to do things together and to get some time apart. Located right out side of Park City, the house is an easy and quick drive to the slopes, Main Street and fun. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an awesome view since it sits on top of a hill!
