Less than 10 minutes to Kimball Junction or Historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort, Black Rock Ridge completely sidesteps the congestion and traffic of these locations, placing you and your family in a quiet/private area with Easy Access and available parking.
This gorgeous, mountain modern Park City area home is welcoming and warm.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with a gas fireplace, HD Television and gas fireplace for perfect ambience and warmth.
The dining area seats 4 at the table and 2 more at the bar and is just off the Fully-Equipped Kitchen! The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, coffee pot, blender, griddle, utensils, glassware/dishware, baking pans, and almost anything you’d need for a lovely home-cooked meal.
The home has a laundry room with a High-Efficiency Washer and Dryer, perfect for washing winter ski clothes or summer swimming suits. There’s also an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, HD Television and a private, attached bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a walk-in tiled shower and a large soaking tub. You’ll be sure to get a good night’s rest in the luxurious, warm bedding.
Of the two additional bedrooms, the first has a comfortable Queen bed and HD Television and the second has TWO Twin-over-Twin bunks beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Just outside on the patio is a Private Hot Tub. Enjoy a nice soak after a fun day of skiing or shopping!
Need to work or want to watch your favorite programs on Netflix? Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the home. For your entertainment, there is a Wii gaming system and cards and board games.
Full heat for the wintertime and Central Air-Conditioning for the summer makes this home the perfect temperature any time of year. There is parking for one car in the driveway and first come, first served parking spaces nearby the home.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Great spot
by Chelsea AGreat spot if you're looking to hit up multiple ski resorts in the area - closer to some than others, but easily accessible to all! Hot tub was lovely, condo was a good size. Communication was great.
