This spacious, well-furnished house is on 3 levels and has 3 bedrooms (3rd floor), 3.5 baths, an open area on the main level, which includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and a downstairs family/bonus room with a Queen size pull-out couch, a bathroom, and laundry room. The house sleeps 10 very comfortably. The house has beautiful views of the valley and is close to shops. The Canyons (Vail Resorts) is approximately 3 miles away towards downtown Park City.

Main level: Open concept featuring updated kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining room seats 8 and there are 4 barstools at the granite counter, which is a part of the kitchen facing the dining room. The living room has a gas fireplace with comfortable seating. An HD TV (50”) sits above the fireplace and has Satellite Direct TV. And Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large sub-zero refrigerator, 2-drawer dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Cuisinart) and all dishware (incl. plastic dishes, cups, sippy cups for small children), pots and pans, cutlery and utensils.

Half-bath: There is a toilet and vanity.

Balcony: There is a gas BBQ grill and table with 2 chairs. Enjoy gorgeous unobstructed views!

Garage: A two-car garage (with two additional parking spaces in front of the garage) provides plenty of parking for vehicles. The HOA of the community provides snow removal during the winter months.

The townhome is well-appointed

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The townhome is well-appointed, very clean, and has plenty of space. The hot tub was a hit! The property is conveniently located to Park City and the Canyons ski areas.
Plenty of parking with a two-car garage. The pictures accurately represent the property, but we felt the rooms and spaces felt larger than the pictures depict (and that’s a good thing).
Highly recommend the property and working with Moose Management. We had a minor issue with the access code upon our late night arrival, but it was quickly resolved. Once resolved, we had no other issues and we had a wonderful stay.

A convenient home located on the edge of bear hollow that is convenient to red stone shopping center and 6 miles from Park City along a paved trail. The home has three full bedrooms and one tv room with a sleeper sofa. The living space is great for groups and enough seating for all.

Great Holiday!

We have stayed in either Bear Hollow or Timberwolf each Christmas for the past several years and this was our favorite place. The great room is spacious, comfortable and has a nice view of mountains in the distance. The kitchen was nicely appointed. And the hot tub was great...amazing starlit winter nights!

Conveniently located to supermarkets and ski slopes!

Conveniently located to supermarkets and ski slopes! The management was quick to respond to our messages and questions. The basement space heater was broken and it was replaced the next day. The house was clean and lots of amenities were provided. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others visiting park city. Just a small con: There is a steep cleaning fee that required us to start the dishwasher and start a load of laundry all before the strict 10am check out time. Would prefer a cheaper cleaning fee if it meant we had to do so much before checking out at an early time.

We're glad you stayed with us, Samantha. We do offer later check out options if no one else is checking in the same day. We also ask that you start the dishwasher, etc. but it's not required. It's just something to help our housekeepers along. We don't set the cleaning fee prices. They're set by the housekeeping companies we use. It's such a beautiful, new home with so many amenities. We'd be happy to have you back any time!

Cozy yet Spacious

We had 3 couples staying here for 5 nights. It felt very cozy yet spacious and we were able to relax like we were at home. Everything was very clean and nice. We did not use the hot tub as we ran out of time, but loved having the option. If we are ever in Park City, Utah again, we will DEFINITELY be staying here!

This house and area were perfect as a home base. We were able to get around easily to hike, go to the Olympic Park and enjoy all Park City had to offer. Lots of room in the house and great amenities.
