It is directly across from the Redstone shopping area, grocery stores, restaurants, movies and only 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Old Town and Main Street Park City. It’s one of the most convenient and desirable locations in Park City. In the shadows of Utah Olympic Park and The Canyons, this home provides an ideal setting. Access is great regardless of snow conditions.

Bear Hollow also features direct access to Park City cycling and hiking trails and the complimentary free shuttle! There is access to one of the walking trails just steps from this home and there is a perfect sledding hill alongside the home.

Pet-Friendly Stays

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance before arriving at the home. Maximum of two dogs. Other restrictions may apply. Pets/EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
