Bear Hollow Village 5482 AB is a spacious, sprawling, three-level townhome with a classic design that’s full of luxurious extras. Larger groups will adore the two living areas and the ability to spread out with ease, and everyone will love the relaxing hot tub and the ideal Park City location. This fantastic, functional home can even be broken up into 2 smaller units— BHV 5482 A and BHV 5482 B.

On the lower level, Bear Hollow Village 5482 AB has a private and separate LIVING SPACE, complete with a KITCHENETTE, a modern dining table, an inviting sofa that folds out to a sofa bed upon request, and a large 65” HD SMART TV. The corner stone fireplace adds just the right dash of cozy to this comfy apartment haven. There’s a BEDROOM with a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and the FULL BATHROOM has a granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. There is also a TWO-CAR GARAGE and a full-size WASHER and DRYER at this level.

On the main level, the bright, open GREAT ROOM features a delightful, welcoming living area with a large sectional sofa, a contemporary coffee table, and a swivel loveseat. In one corner, the stone fireplace sits underneath a chalet-like wood ceiling and holds the large, 70” HD SMART TV.

A glossy, granite island houses a dishwasher and a sink and leads into the open KITCHEN. Here, you’ll find a premier gas range, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker. When it’s meal time, your crew can choose to pull up a stool at the center island bar or have a seat at the formal DINING table in the corner.

This main level also includes TWO PRIVATE BEDROOMS. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and glass sliding doors that lead outside to the private patio and the sensational hot tub. The second bedroom is a charming bunk room with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed and an HDTV.

Climb the stairs to the top floor, where you’ll find the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a rustic, wood-frame, a king-size bed, a stone fireplace, and a huge HDTV. The ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM features a step-in shower and a double vanity. In the SECONDARY BEDROOM SUITE, there’s also a king-size bed and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM.

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $100 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation! NOTE: Due to allergy issues, pets are not permitted in the lower-level apartment area.
