Pet-Friendly Stays

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance before arriving at the home. Maximum of two dogs. EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Family Friendly - Close to everything!

Family of 10 spent a week at 5478 Luge Lane. The neighborhood had the community gym which 2 of our family loved! We used the house hot tub daily and it was so relaxing to watch the alpenglow in the evenings. The kitchen was well appointed including a crock pot! Games, extra towels, extra pillows -- everything was thought of! We were comfortable in the dreamy beds! The staff at Moose Mgmt were responsive and helpful when we had one issue. Our family has chosen to vacation with Moose Mgmt for several years! Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

My family of 5 spent the holiday week at this home. There was plenty of space, the staff at Moose Management was extremely helpful and the location of the property was perfect. We were just minutes away from the Canyons Cabriolet parking lot and lift. It is also extremely close to the various shopping and restaurants in the Kimball Junction area and still close enough to downtown Park City. My 3 teenage children enjoyed the hot tub daily after skiing, the kitchen is well equipped to prepare food at home and property management does an excellent job at keeping up with the snow on roads, driveways and sidewalks.

Great Ski Vacation!

We were a group of 8 with one dog and we had a great experience at this townhome. The free shuttle service to Park City Mountain was very convenient. The house was cozy & the beds were very comfortable!

Perfect for family ski vacation!

The home worked out perfectly for our family ski vacation. The house was very comfortable with plenty of space to hang out together in after a day on the slopes. We took advantage of the hot tub each night. The hosts were great and the check-in process was organized and easy. We’ll definitely be back!
