Over 2,200 square feet backing into mature trees, with panoramic views and a private hot tub on the covered patio. The primary sits under a vaulted ceiling on the second level. Quiet in a way the square footage does not tell you.

BEAR HOLLOW

Bear Hollow sits between the Canyons Village base and the Utah Olympic Park on the north side of Park City, where the ski jumps are two miles up the road and most of the year you can watch aerialists training into the splash pool. Every home looks out at something - pines, the jumps, or the Swaner Preserve at the edge of the neighborhood. In December the welcome sign lights up and the drive in turns into a winter wonderland.

YOUR OWN HOT TUB

This home has its own hot tub, yours alone, on top of the one at the clubhouse. Step out, get in, and go straight back inside afterward without putting real clothes back on.

GETTING AROUND AND PARKING

The free Park City bus stops at the edge of the neighborhood and runs to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and Woodward. The paved Millennium Trail runs through Bear Hollow - one way to the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction, under the roads rather than across them, the other way to the Cabriolet lift. You do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want one. The home has its own garage, with first-come bump-out spaces for extra cars.

We manage a lot of homes in Bear Hollow, with beds for more than 400 guests across them. If your group is bigger than one house, message us before you book and we will line up homes close to each other on the same dates, with one local team looking after all of it.

Keyless entry, no keys to pick up. Cleaned and stocked before you arrive - shampoo, body wash and lotion, a first round of paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods, enough to settle in without a store run. Guest Portal and Digital Guest Book for home details, local tips and Wi-Fi.

COFFEE AND A BOOK

Coffee for the first morning. The book is ours - a rhyming trip through a Park City year with a moose named Patrick on the cover. It goes home with you.

Every home is licensed and inspected by the county before it can be rented, then inspected again between stays by our Breezeway Safety Certified maintenance techs. First aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in each one.

Great house

Great house not too far from downtown Park City and skiing! Our group had a great time and the home had everything we needed.

Great location, great for families!

Great location, great for families, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Our only negative is the carpeting and bathroom rugs need cleaned or replaced and garage had a very strong odor of moth balls. Over all the house was good and layout was perfect for us.

Amazing location to everything for the price

Amazing location to everything for the price. 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Main Street park city. Host was very responsive anytime I reached out. We had the power go out for about 2 hours and it was really helpful to have a 24 hr number to call. Easy check in and check out options. Would stay again!

Easy and family friendly

Traveling with children is hard and after a day of skiing it’s nice to stay in, so having a kitchen that can handle my love for cooking is amazing! Will definitely stay again!

Dream Vacation Spot!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The home accommodated all of our needs and had more than enough room for 8 guests! The house was clean and modern with large bedrooms. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub during the evenings. The location is ideal and has access to the shuttle that runs daily. We easily walked down to the shuttle to catch a free ride to the base of the mountain. I couldn’t recommend this location enough. We loved it here! We plan to return soon.

This place was perfect for our needs. It easily accommodated our group of 8 guys. It is next to the shuttle bus stop if you don't want to drive or park at the resorts in Park City. It's only a few minutes down the road from Canyons and just a bit further to downtown Park City. The place was well stocked with all necessary items. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.
