Tucked into the popular Bear Hollow community that includes such extra amenities as a community swimming pool, a hot tub, fire pits, and a fitness center, booking a stay at this condo feels like the perfect blend of both a cozy home and a five-star mountain resort.
This convenient ground-floor unit has an open and welcoming great room, complete with a charming corner fireplace in the living area. Your group will love to gather here in the evenings by the fire and chat about their memorable day of outdoor adventures over a shared bottle of wine. There’s also a large HDTV for Netflix nights and glass doors that lead outside to a petite covered patio.
The kitchen and dining areas have plenty of seating for your whole group, including a formal table that’s lit by an artistic chandelier and bar stool seating on the island. Top-of-the-line appliances include a gas range, a mounted microwave, a spacious refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There’s also a Keurig coffee maker for brewing that ultimate cup of joe each morning and a custom wine rack storage area that’s built into the natural wood cabinetry.
The first of three bedrooms is the private primary suite, with a king-size bed, mounted HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, step-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom is just down the hallway and includes a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds with twin trundles. There’s also a twin-size air mattress available, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo that can be accessed from the hallway. There’s also a laundry nook with a stacked washer and dryer.
Bear Hollow is a beautiful Park City neighborhood that is just minutes from the Canyons and Deer Valley ski areas. You’ll also be located right across the street from the popular Redstone shopping area, which houses many delicious restaurants, several grocery stores, and a movie theater. Plus, you’re only about 5 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort and charming downtown Park City.

Ski trip!
by Leilani T.Early check in was accommodated / late check out was a great option at 50$ we were able to check out at 1pm. Which was a huge plus traveling with so much gear and a later flight!!
The upstairs and walls are very thin and this stay is on the ground floor.
I’m not a fan of the portal system to log in to see access codes; as the codes in the house book are outdated. But I was able to call and get ahold of someone when we had issues.
The shuttle is about 1/4 mile walk down a small hill, so we mainly took an Uber xl when skiing which worked out fine. Shuttle is an easy walk without gear.
House had ample cookware, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags. No shampoo / conditioner in shower.
Good stay for the four of us on a ski trip!
Park city is a lovely ski town with friendly people and great snow ^_^
