Beautifully laid out and overlooking the sparkling community hot tub, your family will love the cozy atmosphere and the lovely location of Bear Hollow Lodges 1304.

The wide-open GREAT ROOM beautifully combines the living and dining areas. In the LIVING AREA, plush carpeting and a velvety-soft sofa create an inviting space to relax. There’s also a large HDTV mounted over the crackling fireplace, which makes a perfect spot for family game nights or Netflix binges. Outside through the glass sliding door, a private PATIO has a propane grill, seating, and views of the hot tub.

Back inside, contemporary tile floors lead into the open KITCHEN, which features a spacious island with barstool seating and dramatic dark cabinets. The premier suite of appliances includes an electric range, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator/freezer. There’s also an additional cafe-style dining table next to the kitchen.

In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, there’s a luxe king-size bed, a large HDTV, and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM with a separate tub and step-in shower. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM includes a queen-size bed and an HDTV, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM features a full-size bed and a dedicated desk space that’s ideal for school work or remote office work tasks. Another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway.

Tucked within the charming Bear Hollow neighborhood, this beautiful home is just minutes from the Deer Valley and Canyons ski areas. You’ll also be just across the street from the bustling Redstone shopping area, where you can find everything you need— from grocery stores to delicious restaurants to a modern movie theater. You’ll also be only about 5 miles from charming downtown Park City.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
