Guests here are invited to take advantage of a clubhouse with pool (summer months only), hot tub, fitness center and spa. Other amenities available for your recreation are a firepit area, a soccer field, a putting green and a half basketball court.

In this enclave of upscale Park City properties, your vacation townhome features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths over two levels, accommodating a total of 12 guests. A private one-car garage is included in your rental, two cars in the private driveway and additional street parking is available in designated areas.

After a long day on the slopes, the private hot tub on a covered deck will feel wonderful on tired muscles. You’ll also find a grill here, ideal for the tradition of the family barbecue!

As you enter through the townhome's front door, you’ll find yourself in the beautifully renovated living room, filled with natural light from the expansive picture window. Supple leather furniture invites you to sit down and relax, perhaps with a roaring fire from the beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace for ambiance. A large built-in TV with cable and a DVD player promises hours of entertainment, whether it’s the new blockbuster movie or that long-awaited sporting event.

The updated gourmet kitchen will surely enchant your family or group chef. This creative space features stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and a center island with pendant lights above and seating for two. Delicious culinary creations will surely emerge from here!

Your group or family can enjoy them all together at the formal dining table for 8, conveniently adjacent to the kitchen.

All the beds in this perfectly laid out Bear Hollow Village townhome have pillow-top mattresses just waiting to spoil you. On the lower level is a master suite with a queen bed. This suite features cozy carpeting, a coordinating white wood bedroom set, a ceiling fan, and large flat-screen TV. The en-suite bath offers a walk-in shower.

The top level boasts an additional master suite with a queen bed. Here, you’ll have your own private balcony with stunning mountain views. Enjoy the comfort of a ceiling fan and a large flat-screen TV. This ensuite bath pampers you with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

The third bedroom with a queen and the fourth with double-over-double bunks share a hall bath with a tub/shower.

A separate loft area offers a sofa that folds out into a bed and a flat-screen TV, with a DVD player. It’s the perfect hideaway to catch up on your book or browse social media. WiFi is included with your rental.

This place was incredible

This place was incredible. The neighborhood was super cute and the location was perfect for us. We skied at Park City all weekend. We were also very close to good restaurants & grocery stores. The house is gorgeous, well cleaned and well stocked. The hot tub was great too!
Moose Mgmt was so organized and communicated so well. I would highly recommend one of their rentals in the future. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. The only issue we had was it was a little too warm for our comfort (July 4th weekend). They have an AC unit but only on the top floor where most of the bedrooms are. The middle floor has the kitchen, dining, and family room which is where we were at most of the time and it gets way too warm during the middle of the day and into the evening. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Thank you for staying with us! The central AC keeps the upstairs cool and comfortable for sleeping and that cool air keeps the main level comfortable if the home stays closed up for the day. We're glad you enjoyed this lovely remodeled space and had a wonderful Park City getaway. We hope to welcome you back soon.

This place was GREAT

This place was GREAT! Our friend group so enjoyed the spacious layout a especially the large kitchen and living room for us to all be together. The private hot tub was clean and such a nice thing to have after long days of skiing. Comfortable beds and clean rooms! Thank you for the great stay!

Great Location

Easy access to Park City resorts and Cottonwood Canyon resorts. We got to hit 4 resorts and being close to the freeway made it exceptionally easy. Rooms are comfortable, condo is very spacious, certainly enough space for 8 adults.

Great vacation destination!

A Wonderful Experience!

Prior to arriving at the townhouse, we had a wonderful experience working with Karen and planning our vacation.  She gave us some great tips while in Park City.  We arrived not knowing what to expect because the place was very affordable, but we were amazed by how nice it was.  The kitchen area was super with nice appliances, granite counter tops, and every utensil we needed.  They even had all of the basic spices we would need to cook with.  The bedrooms were comfortable and each came with a nice flatscreen TV with many channels to watch.  One of the best parts of the townhouse was the close proximity to all of the best shopping and restaurants (literally a short walk minutes away).  The Canyons Mountain was right next to the unit.

 

 Main street in Park City is roughly 5 miles away.  We walked it on one day to get some exercise, but it was only a short drive away the other days.  Some great ideas for activities that we did:  Hike at Sundance to the Waterfall.  Zipline at Sundance as well (absolutely incredible).  We went flyfishing in the Provo River (caught about 30 trout between us in a half day trip - all released safely).  We rented Polaris RAZR's in Heber and went adventuring on the trails.  Not for the faint of heart, but our group loved it.  Lastly, we explored the Silly Market on Main Street (on Sundays during the summer).  In terms of food, our favorite was 5Seed, but we also liked Bourbon and Burgers at the Montage (outside you can make S'mores with the kids).  We also enjoyed Oishi for Sushi off of Main Street.  Great place, great location, and great fun!

Amazing location / Beautiful Condo!

This was our 5th visit to this condo. We LOVE it! We have visited during the summer and winter months. It is convenient to Park City downtown area, Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. The condo had everything you need - and a bonus to have a garage and hot tub! The property has always been clean we have always encountered hospitable service. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a vacation home in Park City.
