This spacious downtown Park City studio condo is just a few minutes to Park City's historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort. It has a has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size oven/stove, dishwasher, medium fridge and microwave. There are two comfortable queen beds and a 55" Smart HDTV with built-in Roku and DIRECTV satellite. The building has a ramp for access and there are no stairs inside the condo.

The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too. Being downtown and close to everything makes a stay in this home perfect for your group.

The Prospector Condos have a BRAND-NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY) and hot tub (year- round). There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. SKI RENTALS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON PROPERTY (Ski ‘N See), AND 25% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE!

Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24-hours.

The Prospector is located right next to the Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, a 28-mile, high-elevation trail that follows Interstate 80, from the charming streets of Park City through the smaller communities of Wanship and Coalville to Echo Reservoir.

On property is the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Kids Cabin childcare (state licensed hourly) facility located in the Silver Mountain Sports Club (available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). Visitor and day passes available for purchase.

Ideal Choice for Sundance

Prospector Lodge condos are a great option for Sundance. Located super close to festival HQ and a couple of theaters and right on the shuttle route with its own stop. Communication was awesome and flexibility on our check-in time was accommodated without issue. Solid value for the time period and area. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

It’s a great location, close to the bus stop and quick ride into town and to the mountain. If you are visiting park city to only be sleeping in your room this place is great. It has a small kitchen but not a lot of hang out space, but was exactly what we needed.
