With over 2,000 square feet of elegant, pristine living space spread out over multiple levels, this roomy, inviting home can accommodate 15 people with ease.

On the main level, the LIVING AREA was designed to take full advantage of the phenomenal views, with one entire wall comprised of glass doors looking out over the spacious terrace with a gas firepit and the mountain views beyond. Inside, there’s a large leather sofa sitting under a vaulted ceiling and facing a modern fireplace and a huge 86” HD Smart TV, while just next to it is the formal DINING SPACE.

This inviting table leads directly into the chef-inspired KITCHEN, where a high-end Zline double gas range is surrounded by sleek wood cabinetry and exotic black quartz countertops and backsplash. Overhead, a corrugated metal ceiling provides a stylish industrial touch, and a convenient peninsula bar adds additional seating at the counter.

Upstairs in the FIRST BEDROOM, there’s a queen-size bed next to a unique, built-in, triple-stacked bunk bed. This flexible space also includes a 70-inch HDTV and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM is a hit with the kids— with six built-in twin-size bunk beds, each with its own cozy lighting, this camp-like room also features a giant 86-inch HDTV, a massage chair, a leather sofa bed, and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM with a step-in shower.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Amazing property!

This property was absolutely amazing for my bachelorette; peaceful, beautiful, simple. The views were phenomenally breathtaking. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and had a great layout of instructions for the house. The beds, the bathrooms, the balconies and the jacuzzi; SUPER clean!! The only thing we struggled with was turning on the stove, oven, and dishwasher but with the great responses from Moose Management we figured everything out quick! I would absolutely stay here again, maybe in the winter to get the full snow experience! 11/10. 5 stars all around. Fantastic home.

Overall our stay was very comfortable

Overall our stay was very comfortable. We appreciated the ease of location to Main Street. The home was well appointed with furnishings. The “floating hot tub” and the massage chair were welcome treats after a hard day of skiing. The beds and pillows were a little less comfortable than expected for a premium AirBnb but otherwise we certainly felt comfortable as a group of 4 adults and 2 kids.

Great spot perched above upper Main

We enjoyed the spacious house with the nice deck with fire pit overlooking Park City and up towards Deer Valley and PCMR. Very nice place to sit and enjoy coffee or wine! The house is very comfortable and bright with lots of windows. Easy walk down the back stairs to Upper Main. It is easy to ride a bike from the house to Deer Valley and to mountain biking trails at PCMR.

Nice property

We had an amazing time and were very impressed with how nice this property is! It is a great location close to Main Street which was perfect for our trip. The property does sit on a steep hill so I suggest getting a rental car that can handle big hills.

Great location

 Great location... but not really walking distance in the winter. We shuttled folks to Main Street and back. Management company was super responsive. Good job! Traeger grill didn't work. They sent someone the next day but it was past the point because we did burgers the night we did them. Hot tub was dirty but doable when we got there but there just weren't enough chemicals to keep it fresh the whole time. Main bathroom shower broke its breaker the last night and so wasn't able to shower in the morning. Instructions for how to reset were there but they didn't work.

The Traeger grill and hot tub are important amenities, and we strive to keep them in excellent condition. The hot tub is serviced weekly, but heavy use can sometimes require additional attention. Regarding the bathroom, the steam function in the shower can occasionally be temperamental, though the water should function normally without it. Amazing Home. Amazing views.

The bunks are a huge hit. Everything was thought of for this home. We had a blast staying here. The views are unreal. Cozy home. The hot tub is huge. I loved the steam shower. Had to reset it once but no big deal. Can\'t wait to come back next year.

It is a beautiful house with every amenity. The steam shower was amazing! Perfect location within short walking distance of everything downtown Park City. Comfortable and has plenty of room. The views from the hot tub are world class.
