With a perfect location just outside of town and a stylish, modern design, The Retreat at Jordanelle 1086 is the perfect place to make your home base in the mountains. Four bedrooms are spread out over 2,400 elegant square feet, creating space for everyone in your crew to find a bit of private time. The open living spaces and outdoor areas make it easy to hang out and socialize, too. And when you’re ready to explore, this exclusive community has tons of amenities to enjoy, plus the ski slopes and charming downtown area are just a short drive away.

There is an entrance that leads directly into the bright and colorful living and dining area. A velvety soft gray sectional sofa and two leather club chairs sit on a vibrant area rug and face the cozy stone fireplace and huge HDTV. Behind the sofa are large windows that perfectly frame the views of the surrounding mountains. This super-comfy space makes an ideal spot for watching the game or catching up on your favorite TV show.

The kitchen and dining area are wide open to the living space, allowing for easy conversation and flow. Warm, chocolate-brown cabinets surround the gleaming, quartz-topped island that has barstool seating for three, and the nearby dining table has seats for six more. High-end appliances include a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator. The kitchen is packed with everything you could possibly need, including a Kitchen Aid mixer and even a waffle iron! So whether you’re planning on whipping up some french toast or your famous fried chicken, you’ll be all set. There’s even a gas barbecue on the deck for grilling out.

Upstairs on the third floor, you’ll find three private sleeping spaces. The first is the primary bedroom suite and features a sumptuous king-size bed, HDTV, mountain views, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a huge step-in shower and double marble vanity. Two more guest bedrooms each include a queen-size bed and a large HDTV. Also on this floor are another full-size bathroom and a laundry area.

Downstairs on the lower floor, there’s a full-size pool table and a small desk space for getting a little work done— if you must. Doors lead outside to a relaxing hot tub and an alfresco dining space with an outdoor heater. The final bedroom is also located on this floor and includes a king-size bed and large HDTV, with a full bathroom just outside the door.

Flex sleeping includes a Four Twin self-inflatable, raised, high-quality air beds, which can be located wherever is convenient based on the makeup of your group.

This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles, depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers, may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Loved the place and would consider staying here again. Very clean and Moose Management was responsive and flexible with check-out times. Charming Home with Spacious Living Areas, Pet-Friendly Amenities, and Hassle-Free Parking!

The house was lovely — great living room with a gas fireplace, a nice dining room and open kitchen. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. And the house was near an open park area where we could run our dog off leash. The HOA prohibited parking on the street, which the management company made sure we understood. So, no cars towed during our stay!

Family-Friendly Retreat

Place as described. Great for family, but maybe not optimal for smaller kids. All the necessary amenities available. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Hot tub was nice, pool 5-10 minutes walk away was nice and not crowded despite being July. Host very responsive and helpful. The extra cleaning fee for bringing a pet ($200+) wasn't obvious when first booking on the AirBnB site, but maybe I just overlooked it. All is all good place!

We Loved the Place!

We loved the place. we rented it between 4 couples and were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and private each of the rooms were. We really enjoyed the (professional) pool table in the basement and the private hot tub.
The kitchen was very well stocked (better than most Airbnb's we've stayed at) and the gas grill in the balcony (with the views!) was also a great plus.
The town is only 8 min drive away which was also super convenient.
The host company was also amazing! they definitely made the whole trip feel like a true vacation.
will definitely stay here next time we are in town.
