Bedroom 2 includes stairs leading to the loft bedroom, making it an excellent choice for families with children or groups of friends. The loft bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed, adding a playful touch for younger guests or those young at heart.

Both bathrooms are designed with convenience and comfort in mind. The main floor bathroom offers a sleek shower, complete with a hairdryer and lighted mirror, making it easy to start your day on a refreshing note. The condo is also dog-friendly, with thoughtful amenities for your furry family member. Please note that pet inclusion requires prior approval and additional fees. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of being on the free bus route or easy parking with a single-car private garage and first-come, first-served outside parking. Please be aware that RV, boat, or trailer parking is not permitted.

For those looking to stay active during their visit, the Park City Municipal Area Recreation Center (PCMARC) is right next door. This state-of-the-art facility offers a variety of amenities, including a gym, indoor tennis courts, an indoor track, and a pool. Whether you're interested in a morning workout or a leisurely swim, PCMARC provides excellent options for fitness and recreation just steps from your front door.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
