This one-bedroom loft-style condo was recently renovated and the entire space is new!

If you're looking for downtown Park City convenience at a great price, look no further! This condo is PERFECT for 2-5 people looking to be close to ski resorts, Historic Main Street, restaurants, clubs, and activities! The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too.

The Prospector Condos have a brand NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY), hot tub, and BBQ area (all renovations completed in summer 2016). There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy.

The condo is located on the top floor of the building and has vaulted ceilings. It was completely gutted and remodeled with new flooring, paint, appliances, decor, etc.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a convection microwave oven, 2 burner cook-top, dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware for eating in.

There's a Queen-sized bed in the upstairs loft bedroom which offers privacy from the downstairs main living space. There is also an easy fold-out sofa bed (Full-size) and a quick fold-out chair sleeper (for small adults or child) with enough room to sleep five. There are entryway coat hooks that offer a place to lean skis. The full-size washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. The full bathroom features new shower with a handheld sprayer and a spacious sink and vanity area.

There's a 55" HD Smart TV with DVD, built-in Amazon Fire and a Gaming System.

Enjoy the outside air on the private deck with beautiful views, swivel-rocking deck chairs, and a small table.

The condo also features a NEW Air-Conditioning Unit with a remote control and ceiling fan for comfort during warmer months and full heat for the colder winter.

Two mountain bikes and helmets are available for use as well. You'll be steps away from the Rail Trail for hiking and biking.

Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24-hours.

The Prospector is located right next to the Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, a 28-mile, high-elevation trail that follows Interstate 80, from the charming streets of Park City through the smaller communities of Wanship and Coalville to Echo Reservoir.

On property is the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Kids Cabin childcare (state licensed hourly) facility located in the Silver Mountain Sports Club (available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). Visitor and day passes available for purchase.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by staff who will provide your key card for access. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.
