This lovely downtown studio condo has a comfortable queen size bed, a sofa and ottoman for seating and a table with 4 chairs for dining or playing games. For additional sleeping, there is a Queen air bed (raised and self-inflatable). The kitchen has all you'll need for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or a delicious dinner after a long day of fun. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and separate single sink vanity.

The condo is on the ground floor allowing easy access. There is a small deck for stepping outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too. Being downtown and close to everything makes a stay in this home perfect for your group.

Perfect Stay in an Ideal Location!

We stayed here to attend the Sundance Film festival. Place was very conveniently located to the various venues and could get around easily by walking or using the free bus system. Check in and check out was pretty simple although it would have been good to have received more information about the availability of the amenities. For example, place was advertised as having a hot tub but it looked to not be accessible due to film venue. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

Thank you for staying with us, Colleen! The Prospector did not close amenities due to the film festival. The front desk staff is available 24-hours to assist with access and amenities. We're glad you had a nice stay and hope you'll come again.
