Two King Beds and a Patio, Three Minutes From Town

This studio sleeps five without anyone drawing the short straw - two king beds, one of them a clever adult loft bed tucked above, plus a twin sleeper chair. Add a full kitchen with a dishwasher, your own washer and dryer, bar seating for four, and a private patio, and it starts to look less like a studio and more like a small apartment.

It works both ways - the pool, hot tub, and Silver Mountain are a short walk one direction, the Rail Trail is right out the back the other. Parking Lots 4 and 5 both serve it.

PROSPECTOR SQUARE
Right in the middle of Park City, without being in the middle of the crowds. The free shuttle stops out front every 30 minutes, so Main Street and the resorts are a short ride away and your car can stay parked.

THE RAIL TRAIL IS RIGHT OUT THE BACK

Great location in Park City and easy to get to downtown with the bus system. The actual space was as advertised but definitely not a large space. Great spot for ski get away with a few people.

Our stay here was a huge success

Our stay here was a huge success. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean. It was great being right in the heart of Park City! Coffee on the porch was a perfect way to start the day. The condo had everything we needed for our family to be right at home.

Perfect place for an anniversary stay-cation

This was the perfect place for an anniversary stay-cation. The space was inviting, and so comfortable, allowing us to simply stay in and relax when that's what we needed. Being located only about a five minute drive from downtown Park City gave us the peace and quiet we were looking for, and the accessibility to shopping and nightlife we wanted. Can't wait to book another stay here in the future.

Nice place. Smaller space but the unit makes the most of it. Excellent use of vertical space. Well thought out kitchen. Everything worked. Bathroom door could be more sound insulated to improve privacy but that’s nitpicking. Bus stop to deer valley/park city very close. Would stay again.
