If you’re looking for a downtown Park City getaway at a great price, look no further! This top-floor, corner penthouse condo will sleep 8 guests. The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too. Being downtown and close to everything makes a stay in this home perfect for your group.
The main living area has a long wall of windows for light and views. The living room also has a Flat Screen TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. There’s a dining area with room for six at the table and two at the bar. The fully-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy. With a crock pot, toaster, baking pans, mixing bowls, dishes, flatware, and glassware, eating in will be a breeze.
The Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a full size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with the sink, shower, and toilet.
There is another bathroom that can be accessed from the master bedroom or the main living room. This bathroom has a sink, toilet and a bathtub/shower. Relaxing the day away has never been easier!
One guest room features a Queen-sized bed and a full size loft bed with a shared bathroom. The other guest room has two Twin beds and a full size loft bed with a shared bathroom.
There’s full heat in the winter and central air-conditioning for the warmer summer months.
You’ll find a High-Efficiency Washer and Dryer as well as an iron and ironing board in the laundry room of the home.

The Prospector Condos have a BRAND-NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY) and hot tub (year-round). There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. SKI RENTALS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON PROPERTY (Ski ‘N See), AND 25% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE! Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy.
Guests of Prospector Square also have access to the Silver Mountain Sports Club by purchase of day passes, which offers state-licensed childcare Monday through Friday.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Exceptional Value and Comfort in Park City Condo for Guys Trip
by Blake B.I normally stay at the St Regis, Montage or a condo in Deer Valley with my family. However, this was a quick trip with friends. The price was very expensive, but the condo far exceeded what you'd expect to receive for the price paid. The unit was clean, accommodating and in great location with easy access to town. If I were doing another park city guys trip, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

- Use the arrow buttons or hold down the mouse button and move up and down to look higher or lower in the room.
- Use the mouse scroll wheel or a two finger pinch and pull to zoom in and out.
- Click on any floor circle to move to that location in the room and take another look around.
- Click on the floor of the home you'd like to view (bottom right corner) or move up and down stairs and into other rooms for a complete home tour!
- Change from walking mode to dollhouse view with the icons in the bottom left corner of your screen.
