Park City Mountain Resort: Approximately 10 mins away, offering world-class skiing and snowboarding.

Dog Friendly Accommodations

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Parking Information

Our townhouse offers convenient parking options with space for two small to mid-sized vehicles in the private garage and two additional vehicles in the driveway. Please note that there is no parking available for RVs, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles. The garage also includes ski racks, a bench, coat hooks, and a snow shovel, ensuring your equipment is organized and ready for your mountain adventures.

Guest Amenities

To enhance your stay, we provide a fresh first aid kit for each guest. Additionally, enjoy a Moose Management children's book, which was awarded Best of State in 2024. This delightful book explores things to do around Park City and is professionally read by the author on YouTube, offering engaging insights for young readers.

High Valley Transit: Park City has added High Valley Transit as their main transit company, offering both bus rides and micro transit services. micro transit, or "Micro," provides on-demand transit with rides booked minutes before travel in custom-branded vans. The app's smart technology groups passengers headed in the same direction for quick and efficient trips. Micro operates within specific zones in Summit and Wasatch counties, with wheelchair-accessible vehicles and door-to-door service for those with limited mobility. Plan your trip with the High Valley Transit app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Simply enter your pickup and drop-off addresses to book your ride, and the app will guide you to your bus or micro-pickup point.
