With two large living spaces and 3 full bedroom suites there is plenty of space for everyone.
It is located in the downtown area of Prospector Square which is a truly convenient location for exploring everything Park City has to offer. Walk to the free shuttle/bus stop, adventure out onto the Rail Trail for hiking, biking and snow shoeing. The Rail Trail follows the route of a historical railroad line that transported coal and silver ore during the region’s mining heyday in the 1860s.
Walking into this lovely multi-level home, you will find a comfortable living, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat arranged around a cozy gas fireplace to warm you up on cold winter days and cool summer evenings and a large HDTV for fun movie nights.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful hardwood floors to give this condo a wonderful mountain feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, bakeware, pots, pans, crock pot, coffee maker and so much more to make dining in a breeze!
The dining room has a large table that will accommodate eight guests with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a balcony with a gas BBQ. Cook up some burgers, dogs or steaks while enjoying the gorgeous views.
This main level of the home has a half-bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find a large, comfortable master bedroom with a King bed, TV, window AC and en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub. There is also a comfy sitting chair and a private balcony to enjoy the views and fresh mountain air.
At this level, there are two other bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and one with a TV. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs is a large gathering and sleeping space with sectional sofa in front of a TV and gas fireplace. This room also hosts TWO Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and table and chairs where you can build a puzzle, play games, or enjoy snacks.
There is a sliding door that opens to a covered deck with a private hot tub. Hop into a clean, hot, bubbling tub with amazing mountain views and soak away your days of fun.
Bringing a car? There is private parking for one small to mid-sized car in the garage and one car in the driveway. The community has a few first come, first served spaces as well.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
