Black Rock Ridge 14494 is a professionally designed home with over 3,000 square feet of living space so even larger groups can spread out, yet still feel comfy, cozy, and right at home too.

In the main level GREAT ROOM, a charming stone fireplace in one corner creates the perfect spot to gather around. The LIVING AREA features a modern leather sofa and inviting armchairs as well as a 65” smart HDTV for watching movies with the whole crew. Glass sliding doors open to allow access to the front patio, complete with outdoor lounge chairs and gorgeous mountain views.

Back inside, a formal DINING AREA has seating for eight people, while the casual peninsula bar leads into the clean, open KITCHEN. Here, pristine white lower cabinets are topped with gleaming quartz countertops, while the upper cabinets are double-stacked to the ceiling. The premier Viking appliance suite includes a gas range with a matching vent hood, a huge refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a mounted microwave.

On the ground floor, there is a PRIVATE BEDROOM with a luxe king-size bed and a full BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo and luxurious, heated floors. Also on this lower level is a SECONDARY LIVING AREA, complete with a sectional sofa and 55” HDTV.

On the main level lies a SECOND BEDROOM with a queen-size bed and also the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a sumptuous king-size bed and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM with a separate tub and step-in shower. On the top level, there’s a flexible room with a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, each with a twin trundle. This fun room also houses a small living area with a sofa and HDTV, as well as an ensuite FULL BATHROOM.

Black Rock Ridge 14494 is close to some of Park City’s most popular ski runs, and the large GARAGE not only allows easy parking but it’s also outfitted with super-convenient SKI STORAGE and BOOT DRYERS. Then, after a day spent on the slopes, there’s nothing like coming home to the ultra-relaxing, completely private HOT TUB. When it’s time to explore the area and go get a bite to eat, lots of local attractions and delicious dining are only a few short minutes away.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Overall, great place and very comfy for a family

The place was great. Nice neighborhood only 15 minutes from Deer Valley. There are a lot of restrictions and late information while booking the place if you have a pet. Got a few different answers from people who reply to the chat which was very frustrating. You have to fill out extra forms after you have confirmed etc. I wish it was told upfront. Not a big deal but needs to be more clear. One person said I had to pay an extra insurance and then the next person said it was included. They are very responsive though if you need something. Stair carpeting needs to really be washed. I guess too many people aren't considerate to take off their snowy shoes. They did offer to come back and spot treat it when we were there though. Overall, great place and very comfy for a family.

Loved this home for our March ski trip

Loved this home for our March ski trip. Only a 10-15 minute drive to the slopes. Beautiful view of the Rockies from the home. The home is well stocked for cooking. The layout is perfect for families to split up but also be together if wanted. The hot tub is huge! Games, smart tvs, and the neighborhood has nicely maintained sidewalks for afternoon strolls. The management company was quick to respond and proactively reached out to us prior and during our stay.

Great house for us!

The house was great place for 2 families with kids. The ability to have all the kids on their own floor was great for all. Bedrooms and and bathrooms are great size and very clean. The location is very quiet and if you are skiing Park City, plan an extra 10-15 minutes in the morning for local congestion. Great place for my family!

Was a great place for my family to stay for a ski trip! Just about 15 minutes from Park City ski resort without traffic. Very comfortable beds and had everything we needed! We got lots of snow while there but they were constantly plowing the roads so we had no trouble. Would stay again!

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful place to stay. A few minutes from the city. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and supplies. We didn’t have any children but the house is fully equipped. Great place!
