With an outdoor patio that houses a relaxing, private HOT TUB that’s ideal for an aprés-ski soak, this a perfect home for enjoying all that this beautiful mountain town has to offer. Plus, you’ll love the excellent Bear Hollow neighborhood community extras— like fire pits, a fully-equipped fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

In the updated KITCHEN, a mosaic tile backsplash and gorgeous granite countertops surround the full suite of premier appliances. Whether you’re preparing a full breakfast for your whole crew before you hit the slopes, or simply heating up some takeout from a local favorite spot, this kitchen has you covered. There’s a gas range, a microwave oven, a double wall oven, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The elegant cabinetry includes a wine rack and a center island with bar stool seating. Next to the kitchen, the formal DINING TABLE has seating for eight.

Down a short flight of stairs from the kitchen is the main LIVING AREA, complete with a stone fireplace and a large HDTV. Overhead, the exposed wood ceiling adds rustic mountain cabin vibes to this comfortable space, and there’s a leather sectional sofa for relaxing and a convenient desk for getting work done (if you must!)

Outside, the covered PATIO features a luxurious HOT TUB for soaking and warming up after a day spent exploring and enjoying Park City’s plethora of outdoor adventure options. There’s also a Weber gas barbecue for grilling your dinner while sipping a glass of wine.

The first of five bedrooms is located on the basement level and is a private BEDROOM SUITE complete with a queen-size bed, a desk, and a FULL ENSUITE BATHROOM. The SECOND BEDROOM also has a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed plus a full-size pull-out sofa bed. In the FOURTH BEDROOM, there’s a full-size bed and a chair that folds out into a twin-size bed.

The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is a serene sanctuary, with a modern king-size bed set into a luxe frame. This private oasis also includes a walk-in closet and a desk space, and the ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM is your very own spa-like space, with a jetted soaking tub, a step-in shower, and a double vanity.

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.

The home is nice

The home was acturate to the photos. The home is nice. I have no concerns but recommendation. There was only two TVs in the home with the TV in the master bedroom having signal issues. One TV to such a big place, disappointed. After Skiing and being physically exhaused, it would have been nice to watch TV in bed. We arrived only to find the trash cans were full. We understood that we arrived during the holidays with the trash service possibly not working. Overall, a great place, great location, close to the grocery store, restuarants and a free bus ride to many areas including Main Street.

The home is beautifully updated

The home is beautifully updated. Beds/linens are extremely good quality and very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked and the only thing I’d suggest could possibly be a coffee grinder. Lower Queen bedroom lacks a closet for hanging clothes but is otherwise perfect and quiet. Hot tub is superb and extremely clean. Our only recommendation to the owners would be to remove or size down 2 of the desks and office chairs on wheels in the upstairs queen bedroom with the sleeper sofa and the upstairs full bedroom with pullout twin. There is no way to use/pull out the sleeper sofa (which is a beautiful West Elm sleeper) or the pull-out twin unless you move the desks in either room out into the hallway, which is awkward. Of course, if you don’t need the sleeper or additional twin the desks don’t present a problem. Extra down comforters, throws, storage space, lots of great board games! Everything else is wonderful. We’ll be back!
