Bear Hollow Village 5500 is one of our newer listings— ideally located within the picturesque community of Bear Hollow and close to everything you travel to Park City to enjoy. With three peaceful bedrooms and two spacious living areas, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in your group to find some “me time,” plus a private hot tub and enchanting panoramic views that immerse you in the surrounding natural beauty. All this, plus a flawless central location that keeps you close to the slopes, hiking and biking trails, delicious local dining, and shopping, too. Welcome to Bear Hollow Village 5500.
Open the front door and a welcoming foyer leads into the main level great room. With vaulted, 15-foot ceilings and a completely open design, this grand room has plenty of space for everyone. Large windows let in lots of beautiful natural light and frame the gorgeous views. In the living area, plush carpeting and a gas fireplace add a cozy vibe. Curl up on the sectional sofa with a bowl of popcorn, a glass of wine, and a great movie on the 65” HDTV.
Next to the living area is the open chef’s kitchen. Natural wood cabinets, granite countertops, and premier appliances create a gorgeous space for everyone to gather together over hot coffee and stacks of fresh blueberry pancakes before hitting the slopes or trails. There’s seating for ten at the formal dining table and extra seating for three at the curved kitchen island. There is a gas grill on the balcony just off of the dining area where you can soak in the views while cooking up your favorite burger recipe.
From this main level, you can also access the two-car garage with convenient ski storage and a boot and glove dryer.
Upstairs is the serene primary suite, complete with a luxurious king-size bed, a built-in window seat, and airy, 12-foot-high cathedral ceilings. The primary ensuite bathroom is spa-inspired, with a relaxing jetted tub, two separate sinks, and a step-in shower. As an added convenience, for additional sleeping, there is a Queen Air Bed with plenty of space for set up.
Take the stairs down to the lower level and the secondary living area with lots of comfy seating, a NEW oversized, comfortable Queen Sofa Bed, gas fireplace, and a 56” HDTV. French doors lead outside to a peaceful backyard, where there’s outdoor seating and a brand new hot tub with lovely views. Also on this lower floor are two more guest bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and one with a Full-over-Queen sturdy bunk bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two sinks.
The blissful Bear Hollow neighborhood is one of the most convenient and desirable locations in Park City. Located just minutes from the Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley ski areas, it’s also conveniently directly across from the Redstone shopping area, grocery stores, yummy restaurants, a movie theater, and only about 5 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort, charming Old Town, and Main Street Park City.
There’s also direct access to cycling paths, hiking trails, and the complimentary free shuttle. In the shadows of Utah Olympic Park and The Canyons, Bear Hollow Village 5500 provides an absolutely ideal setting, regardless of the season you are visiting.

Our only issue (which we realize Moose Management can’t do anything about) is that the High Valley Shuttle was extremely unreliable on the weekends. We had no issues during the weekdays though!

Perfect house!
by Kim N.The house was perfect and looked just like the pictures. Everything was clearly labeled and plenty of cleaning supplies. The hot tub after a day of skiing was amazing. TV was difficult to navigate but moose management was very responsive and willing to help. I would highly recommend the house! Only a 10min drive to town and still some good restaurants outside of town near the house. My only complaint was the timing of the buses back from the slopes to the house. Some days we had to wait 30-45 minutes for a shuttle. The mornings ran much smoother so if you can uber or get a ride back that would be better.
