Only 8 minutes north of downtown Park City, and within easy access to ski resorts, this townhome is in the perfect location for fun activities and peace of mind. Surrounded by the beauty of Northern Utah's high desert mountains, you'll find it easy to breathe deeply here.
The main level of the townhome has a spacious first level living/dining/kitchen area. The sitting area has plush furniture, clean lines, and simple ski lodge decor coupled the solid wood cabinets, stone fireplace and slate tile floors make this home feel upscale but cozy. There's a comfortable sofa and plush chair set snugly around a corner fireplace and a Smart TV and central air conditioning.
The beautiful dining table seats six to eight people comfortably. Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with matching appliances and all the necessary tools to make your meals amazing. Included is a coffee maker, blender, and a toaster, not to mention a dishwasher, so you don't have to spend too much time tidying up!
The lower level of the home offers a family room with a gas fireplace. There is also a private bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is at this level with a full-size washer and dryer to freshen up your towels or clothing plus an iron and ironing board.
The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a Smart TV w/Comcast Cable and a private balcony with hot tub to soak away your day. This room has an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, dual sink vanity and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
There is a two-car garage (with two additional parking spaces in front of the garage) provides plenty of parking for vehicles. The HOA of the community provides snow removal during the winter months.
Guests of this Park City vacation rental will enjoy access to Bear Hollow Village park and clubhouse: this amazing facility includes a fitness room, curved HDTV, fireplace, computer with high-speed internet access, locker-rooms, a seasonal community pool* (open in the summer months) and a large hot tub open all year!

Perfect Park City Ski vacation
by CarolineOur Moose Management 5477 Bear Hollow Village stay was a great ski vacation. My family of 4 (two teenage boys) had plenty of space to spread out, but also were cozy together on the main floor for meals and movies. Having an ample sized garage was particularly important as Park City received lots of snow during our week. My husband and I were really pleased with the peaceful, quiet atmosphere in Bear Hollow Village which allowed us to rest when we were not on the slopes. We found Moose Management to be attentive and pleasant and will definitely rent from Moose again when we return to Park City.

We love Bear Hallow Village

The home served its purpose but needs a little TLC, and some updated kitchen wear. If you can look past that then it really is great place!! My family enjoyed our stay and would 100% book 5477 again! If you plan on cooking bring your own spices, olive oil, ect.. it will make it easier on you! Thanks #5477 for an incredible week!

Location was very convenient to Canyons
by Laurel L.House was very much as described on AirBnB website, and was a terrific option for different family groups to be able to come and go. Location was very convenient to Canyons in particular. The management company answered all of our questions very promptly and check-in was very easy. Hot tub location off the master bedroom was not ideal (had to go through the bedroom to get there and it wasn't covered, so any time it snowed we had to shovel to get to it) but still nice to have a private tub. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Thank you for staying with us! We're happy to hear it snowed while you were here. Powder days are awesome and the hot tub is a great way to soak away the days of fun, even if it requires a few feet of shoveling. We'd love to welcome you back any time.
New Years Ski Trip

by LisaWe just returned from a week-long trip to Park City to get away from the smoke/wildfires in California and booked this townhouse the night before hopping in the car, without seeing any reviews on VRBO. It turned out to be a solid choice for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids, ages 6-12. What we loved: 1) With 3 levels, the kids got to have their own floor, a bedroom, bathroom, and den with a fireplace and TV on the lowest level. This made it easy for the grownups to have a space upstairs to play cards, laugh at full volume, and watch old Friends reruns until the wee hours in front of our own cozy fireplace. 2) The location: It's a short distance to so many wonderful places, including Olympic Park (hiking trails lead to it from the property), skiing (short 3-minute drive), Park City's Main Street (8 minute drive), and our favorite, the Jordanelle Resevoir (20--ish minute drive). If you like to kayak like we do, go further on to the Rock Cliff area, with a small boat ramp and peaceful waters... lots of bird-watching and fishing there too. The Provo River is close by as well. Gorgeous area. 3) The deck with a hot tub and partial mountain views. We spent plenty of time here! 4) It fit our budget. Yes, there are other places with sprawling decks, sweeping views, and more square footage, but they're at least twice the price. 5) The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils one could ever need. 6) Although we didn't use the amenities at the clubhouse, they looked lovely. We did enjoy biking and walking the trails all around the neighborhood. 7) The management company was extremely responsive via text message. What could be better? 1) The queen bed on the 3rd floor was pretty hard. No one had any complaints about any of the other beds, though. Luckily, the couches were extra comfortable! That's it, really.
