Welcome to your dream vacation retreat in Park City! This stunning four-bedroom townhouse, boasting 2200 square feet of elegant living space, is the ultimate getaway destination for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. With a perfect blend of upscale amenities and cozy charm, this home promises an unforgettable stay.

As you step into the main level, you'll be greeted by an expansive living area that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The decor exudes a sophisticated ski lodge feel, with plush furniture, clean lines, solid wood cabinets, and dark wood accents. Gather around the corner fireplace on the comfortable sectional sofa, leather recliners, or love seat, and enjoy movie nights with the TV, cable, DVD player, and surround sound system.

The dining area features a beautiful table that seats six, complemented by three bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with matching appliances and essential tools, including a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, and dishwasher, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze.

The lower level of the townhouse offers a cozy family room with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and futon, providing additional sleeping space. This level also includes a private bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room, complete with a full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, ensures that you can keep your clothes and towels fresh throughout your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony with a hot tub, and an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, dual sink vanity, and shower. The other two bedrooms each have queen-size beds and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your comfort, the townhouse offers forced air heating, central air conditioning, and free high-speed WiFi.

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance before arriving at the home. Maximum of two dogs. Other restrictions may apply.

Dogs/EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.

Parking is convenient with a private garage accommodating one small to mid-sized vehicle, two additional parking spaces in front of the garage, and first-come, first-served bump-out spaces provided by the community HOA, which also offers snow removal during winter months.
Guests will have access to Bear Hollow Village park and clubhouse, featuring a fitness room, curved HDTV, fireplace, computer with high-speed internet access, locker rooms, a seasonal community pool (open in summer), and a large hot tub open year-round.

Located just 10 minutes north of downtown Park City, this townhouse is perfectly situated for skiing, shopping, and outdoor adventures in all seasons. excellent location - quiet, but still close enough to park city and a variety of restaurants. very spacious. parking was ample, though its on the other side of the unit, which GPS does not take you to directly. snow clearing was frequent.

Perfect spot for a group ski trip

Perfect spot for a group ski trip. It sleeps 14 but it would be most comfortable for about 10 people. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, hot tub was a great touch and it’s in a perfect location from the slopes. Garage is for one car, but driveway also has a parking space! Would highly recommend and hope to be back again!

Great place to stay for several families

Great place to stay for several families with the adults upstairs and the kids could hang out downstairs. Large sectional sofa in the living room easily accommodated our group. Looked exactly like the pictures and well stocked. Definitely would want a car as there was nothing walkable nearby, but short drive to Canyon Lifts.

The place was great for our family

It was great for our family. The two car garage is only actually a one car garage. Thankfully parking on some of the turn ins on road were available to park on.
Moose management staff answered our calls immediately.
We did not use the hot tub but it appeared to be working. The master bedroom tv only plays videos. The sliding glass door only locks with a lot of pressure pushing it in place. It was unlocked when we arrived. The two other bedrooms upstairs did not have tv’s.
The common area, kitchen and dining room were great. There was a bar stool in the kitchen that was unsteady because a piece was broken off, we just kept our young children away from it.
The bed rooms were clean and comfy. We did not use the sofa bed so do not know it’s condition. The fireplaces were functioning but were not needed. The family room downstairs had a table that needed repair.
The pool and jacuzzi at the club house were great! Walking trails wonderful. Peaceful surroundings outside.

Thank you for staying with us, and thank you for the feedback. We'll certainly look into the minor maintenance items and have those corrected. We're glad to hear you had a lovely stay, enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this home, and had a peaceful and relaxing Park City getaway.

Great Townhome Just a Mile from Canyons

Do you hate having to load up all your stuff in the snow and then drive for 30 minutes to the ski resort? If so, this place is for you. Its super convenient to get to Canyons resort and just a little bit farther to Park City. A large garage allows you to pull in and not battle with the snow outside. The home is very spacious with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a bedroom and full bathroom plus additions living area downstairs. Large kitchen to keep the family fed and multiple TVs to keep everyone entertained. There’s even your own hot tub on the balcony. I love that it’s 1 mile from the canyons in one direction and less than a mile in the other direction to get to Walmart, Whole Foods, and dozens of other restaurants. Skiing/ski out is not something you must have, then this is about as close as you can get while getting a huge place to stay, with proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Our family makes an annual fall trip to Park City for Octoberfest in the mountains. 2020 has been a challenge for everyone and this year's trip was the first time we have traveled since the start of the pandemic.
