The living space sits on the second level, which is why the views run all the way to the ridge line. Two king bedrooms rather than one, a hot tub on the sun-drenched porch, and a fire pit off the ground floor for the evenings.

BEAR HOLLOW

Bear Hollow sits between the Canyons Village base and the Utah Olympic Park on the north side of Park City, where the ski jumps are two miles up the road and most of the year you can watch aerialists training into the splash pool. Every home looks out at something - pines, the jumps, or the Swaner Preserve at the edge of the neighborhood. In December the welcome sign lights up and the drive in turns into a winter wonderland.

YOUR OWN HOT TUB

This home has its own hot tub, yours alone, on top of the one at the clubhouse. Step out, get in, and go straight back inside afterward without putting real clothes back on.

GETTING AROUND AND PARKING

The free Park City bus stops at the edge of the neighborhood and runs to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and Woodward. The paved Millennium Trail runs through Bear Hollow - one way to the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction, under the roads rather than across them, the other way to the Cabriolet lift. You do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want one. The home has its own garage, with first-come bump-out spaces for extra cars.

We manage a lot of homes in Bear Hollow, with beds for more than 400 guests across them. If your group is bigger than one house, message us before you book and we will line up homes close to each other on the same dates, with one local team looking after all of it.

Keyless entry, no keys to pick up. Cleaned and stocked before you arrive - shampoo, body wash and lotion, a first round of paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods, enough to settle in without a store run. Guest Portal and Digital Guest Book for home details, local tips and Wi-Fi.

COFFEE AND A BOOK

Coffee for the first morning. The book is ours - a rhyming trip through a Park City year with a moose named Patrick on the cover. It goes home with you.

Every home is licensed and inspected by the county before it can be rented, then inspected again between stays by our Breezeway Safety Certified maintenance techs. First aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in each one.

Perfect location for a family trip to Park City

Perfect location for a family trip to Park City and surrounding areas. Centrally located with access to Deer Valley and other area ski areas. The home was perfect: Open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living areas - comfortable for all family members. Three upstairs bedrooms (and two baths) affords everyone enough privacy when they need it. Our family definitely took advantage of the hot tub, each night after long ski days. No better way to relax and settle in for the evening! We had one issue with Wifi/TV connectivity and Moose was HIGHLY responsive. They had someone onsite within an hour to troubleshoot and fix the issue (probably my lack of tech experience). The service person even drove by the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Couldn't ask for better service! We'll be back!

Excellent location

The condo was accurately described and was excellent for our Father/Son ski week. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Excellent location for usage of the Canyons Cabriolet lift. The hot tub was awesome after our ski days

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 children. The downstairs bed was very comfortable where we stayed and upstairs beds were comfortable also. Downstairs was a bit chilly but they have a space heater that does the trick. Nice having your own jacuzzi after a fun day of skiing. Moose Management was prompt in responding to any issue we had.

The home is exactly as described

This home is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. For our party of 7 adults this place worked great: good parking four our two cars, great kitchen and plenty of seating. The living room was comfortable (though the TV was a bit tough to figure out which input and which remote did what), and the jacuzzi in the backyard was excellent after a long day skiing. The host if extremely helpful and very quick to respond to all questions and communications. Now the cons: There was a long list of items to do upon checkout that I do not think is fair given the rather large cleaning fee that is charged (after contacting the host about this after my stay they have informed me that they are changing the list). There is a rather lengthy contract process after renting thru AirBNB, but that is just paperwork and once complete you are good, just a pain to do once. Bottom line - I'd probably stay here again and rent from them again - they rep a lot of homes.

This house is amazing!

This house is amazing! The photos do not do it justice! It’s stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need! Moose management was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. House has amazing Mountain View’s and is easy walk to shuttle to ski areas and downtown.

Perfect Getaway in Park City: Spacious, Cozy, and Well-Equipped!

This place was just what they advertised. The bedrooms and closets were really spacious. The kitchen had everything you would need which was appreciated since we cooked and stayed in for most meals. It’s nice that it’s so close to the community pool and hot tub; I think we used it every day. It’s a very cabin like feeling with the decor. We also used the private hot tub and grill. With 4 bedrooms and other available sleeping areas (futon, couches, air mattress) this place was super comfortable for 9 people. I think you definitely get what you pay for. I would use this place again if we go to Park City! Thank you Moose Management for our stay!

Great Deal for a large unit

Great Deal for a large unit w/ (4) bedrooms. A little farther out, but a short drive to almost everything needed. The common space is nice & open, but the bedrooms & bathrooms are a little tired & dated. However, I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for large parties.
