Nestled within the popular Bear Hollow Village community, this expansive four-bedroom town-home has 2400 spectacular square feet of living space that can easily accommodate up to 10-12 people with ease. With GARAGE PARKING for two cars, tons of flexible STORAGE SPACE for skis, bikes and other toys, and magnificent mountain views, Bear Hollow Village 5426 is a picture-perfect home base for the whole crew.
The main LIVING AREA is on the second level, which allows for beautiful, panoramic views of the surrounding ridge. The whole room is completely open, with the dining and hang-out spaces perfectly combined. Leather sofas, a large HDTV, and a corner gas fireplace create an ideal spot to kick back with family and friends.
Next to the living area is the FORMAL DINING SPACE, with a spacious table for six people and a glass sliding door that frames the lovely views and leads outside to the sun-kissed PORCH and HOT TUB. Back inside, there’s an extra-large center island in the nearby KITCHEN that has bar stool seating for four. Here in the kitchen, you’ll find natural wood cabinets and glossy granite countertops, all surrounding a full suite of premier appliances, including a gas range, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fun popcorn cart.
The first of four bedrooms is the spacious, serene PRIMARY SUITE, complete with a king-size bed, sofa, HDTV, and a spa-inspired ENSUITE BATHROOM with two vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate step-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-size bed, while the THIRD BEDROOM has a king-size bed. There’s also another FULL BATHROOM that can be accessed from the hallway.
On the ground level, a cozy FOYER space houses a queen-size futon, a television, and a door leading out to the back patio and the HOT TUB and fire pit. This floor also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a FOURTH BEDROOM with a king-size bed and HDTV, and another FULL BATHROOM.
The Bear Hollow Village neighborhood is one of the very best for visitors to Park City and the surrounding areas. You’ll be located right across the street from the bustling Redstone shopping area, which houses delicious cafes, gourmet grocery stores, and even a movie theater. Plus, you’ll be only a short drive away from charming Main Street Park City.

Great Deal for a large unit
by Richard L.Great Deal for a large unit w/ (4) bedrooms. A little farther out, but a short drive to almost everything needed. The common space is nice & open, but the bedrooms & bathrooms are a little tired & dated. However, I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for large parties.
