Bear Hollow 1401 is a captivating, condominium with three bedrooms and blissful views of the surrounding mountains. The top-floor location allows for soaring cathedral ceilings and lots of bright sunshine, while the interior includes a cozy, comfy design and a classic brick fireplace. With a flawless central Park City location that keeps you close to downtown as well as the ski slopes, Bear Hollow 1401 is the vacation home that simply has it all.
In the open and inviting living area, the pale blue walls are adorned with mountain memorabilia— including vintage skis and poles. A luxe leather sofa (with pull-out Queen-sized bed) and two relaxing recliners face the mounted HDTV and rustic stone fireplace. Outside through the sliding glass doors is a sunny private patio with seating that features gorgeous, panoramic views.
A curved island with bar stool seating leads into the open kitchen. Here, you’ll find natural wood cabinets filled with everything you need for preparing meals and snacks for your crew, plus gleaming granite countertops with tons of workspace. The premier appliance suite includes a spacious stainless refrigerator, a high-end Samsung gas range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a glass dining table with seating for four, lit by a striking antler chandelier.
Down the hallway lies the first of three bedrooms, which is the primary bedroom suite. Featuring a queen-sized bed, beautiful views, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, separate soaking tub, and a double vanity, this space offers complete privacy. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third guest bedroom has two twin-size beds, for a total of six sleeping spaces. There’s also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo that’s accessible from the hallway and a laundry nook with a stacked washer and dryer.
The beautiful Bear Hollow neighborhood is one of the most coveted locations in Park City. Located just minutes from the Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley ski areas, it’s also conveniently directly across from the Redstone shopping area, grocery stores, delicious restaurants, a movie theater, and only about 5 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort, Main Street, and charming downtown Park City.
