Tucked into the popular Bear Hollow community that includes such extra amenities as a community swimming pool, a hot tub, fire pits, and a fitness center, Bear Hollow Lodges 1313 is a three-bedroom condo that places you and your group in the ideal spot to enjoy everything that Park City has to offer.
The bright, inviting great room is wide open, with vaulted ceilings, cozy carpeting, and a sliding glass door that frames the mountain views and allows access to the private patio area. This patio area includes a quaint cafe table and a Weber gas grill. Back inside, a tiled gas fireplace warms the room and provides plenty of mountain cabin ambiance. Take a seat on the plush leather sofa or loveseat, and enjoy a movie or your favorite TV show on the large HDTV.
Next to the living area, a farmhouse-style dining table with bench seating leads into the open kitchen. Here, the full suite of gleaming stainless steel appliances— including a spacious refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher— are beautifully surrounded by knotty natural wood cabinetry and granite countertops. There’s also a tiered bar with stool seating for three people.
Just off the kitchen lies the private primary bedroom suite, which features a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, step-in shower, and soaking tub. The second guest bedroom also has a king-size bed and an HDTV. The third guest bedroom is a flexible bunk room, with a queen-over-queen-size bunk bed and a twin XL trundle bed (sleeping for five people total).
Bear Hollow Lodges 1313 also includes a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead, and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
Ensconced within the beautiful Bear Hollow neighborhood, this gorgeous home is just minutes from the Canyons and Deer Valley ski areas. You’ll also be just across the street from the popular Redstone shopping area, where you can find everything you need— from grocery stores to delicious restaurants to a modern movie theater. - Use the arrow buttons or hold down the mouse button to move back and forth across the screen to get a 360° view of the room you are in.
- Use the arrow buttons or hold down the mouse button and move up and down to look higher or lower in the room.
- Use the mouse scroll wheel or a two finger pinch and pull to zoom in and out.
- Click on any floor circle to move to that location in the room and take another look around.
- Click on the floor of the home you'd like to view (bottom right corner) or move up and down stairs and into other rooms for a complete home tour!
- Change from walking mode to dollhouse view with the icons in the bottom left corner of your screen.
