Moose Management leases furnished and unfurnished homes, condos, and townhomes across Park City proper, Kimball Junction, Prospector Square, Hideout, Jordanelle, and Heber Valley, mostly on one-year terms with a few offered at eighteen months.
Most of what we lease sits in the same neighborhoods where we manage vacation homes. That means local maintenance, in-house housekeeping between residents, and a leasing team that drives past the property rather than dispatching from out of state. Furnished homes arrive move-in ready, which helps if you are relocating ahead of a purchase, working a season in town, or waiting out a build. Several will consider a dog.

Monthly Mountain Retreats
If you need a place for a few months rather than a full lease, we rent furnished homes by the month from May through November at a custom rate — utilities and internet handled, no application, no year-long commitment. It is the usual answer for a relocation that is still in motion, a remodel running long, or a season of remote work in the mountains.

Where can I find long-term rentals in Park City, Utah?
Moose Management leases year-round homes across Park City and the Wasatch Back — Prospector Square and downtown for studios and small condos, Bear Hollow and Parks Edge for two- to four-bedroom homes, and Wasatch Springs and Powderwood Pines for furnished family layouts. How much does it cost to rent a home in Park City long term?
Our current long-term inventory runs from about $1,650 a month for a furnished downtown studio with utilities and internet included, up to roughly $4,200 for a four-bedroom near the Bear Hollow Village trails. Two-bedroom condos generally land between $2,400 and $2,700, and three-bedrooms between $3,200 and $3,650.
Do you offer furnished long-term rentals in Park City?
Yes, and it is a meaningful share of what we lease. Furnished homes work well for anyone relocating ahead of a purchase, working a season in town, or waiting out a build. Our furnished Prospector Condos studios include utilities, TV, and internet; larger furnished homes at Parks Edge and Bear Hollow Village come move-in ready.
How long are your leases?
Most of our long-term homes lease on a one-year term, and a few are offered at eighteen months — Bear Hollow Village 5519 is one of them. Terms and the next available date are listed on each property. If your timing sits between two listings, call us and we will tell you what is opening next.
What if I need a place for a few months, not a full year?
That is what our Monthly Mountain Retreats are for. Stay thirty nights or longer between May and November in a furnished home and we build you a custom monthly rate, with utilities and internet handled and no lease application. It suits relocations still in motion, remodels running long, and a season of remote work in the mountains.
Can I have a dog in a Park City long-term rental?
Several of our homes will consider a dog with additional fees, and the listing says so directly — Wasatch Springs 1107, Powderwood Pines 7B and 10D, Parks Edge 13346, and Bear Hollow Village 5519 among them. Approval is per home and per pet, so ask before you apply rather than after.
Should I lease my Park City home long term or rent it nightly?
It depends on how much you use the home yourself and how much management you want. A long-term lease trades peak ski-season revenue for predictable monthly income and far fewer turns; nightly rental usually earns more gross but needs housekeeping, maintenance, and dynamic pricing behind it.
