About a year ago, Moose Management was approached with a sponsorship opportunity by Thal Dixon, a children’s book author who shares the joy of reading with underprivileged kids.
Thal not only donates books to these children but also visits their schools to share knowledge about the fascinating journey of bringing a book to life. From the writer’s creativity to the illustrator’s artistry and the publisher’s role, Thal educates young minds on every aspect of the book-making process.
During a visit to the Moose Management office, he proposed the idea of creating a book specifically for Moose Management, and the team immediately embraced the concept.
Collaborating closely with the author, Moose Management embarked on a year-long journey to craft a delightful rhyming story capturing the essence of Park City through all its seasons. This book serves as a souvenir for all guests, offering a glimpse into the magic of Moose Management and all that Park City has to offer.
One heartwarming moment captured the essence of this project: a photo showing kids receiving their Moose Management books after an enlightening session with the author. The excitement and joy on their faces reflected the impact of sharing the gift of reading and storytelling.
